I would highly recommend that you go to the Los Angeles Better Business Burea's site at labbb.org and check out the truth about this place and its long history of shady business practices. If you are still in doubt about ordering from these people try getting hold of their customer service (not sales) by email or phone.
I myself was suckered in by their low prices, but they were just a scam as it seems they never intended to ship the merchandise at that price. Believe me if you order from these guys you are taking a big chance. Good Luck |

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Can't get a human being on the phone unless you are placing an order and even then good luck. Didn't get my order after 3 weeks of trying to find out status nothing showed online and couldn't get through to anyone. Left voice mails, sent emails, faxed both fax #'s listed on website. When I did get someone it was through the sales option selection and he said he couldn't help. When I told him he better get me someone that could help on the phone he transferred me to someone and she said the order was not shipped and she would call the warehouse and find out what the status was and call me back in 5 minutes. Needless to say that didn't happen. Now I will call the credit card company to see what they can do as the charge (over $1500)was already put through on my account. Don't order from them!!!!

I have placed a number of orders with Page...and no problems until now. However, this latest order was placed on January 17th, and all items of the order are "In Stock." It's now 2+ weeks later and the order is still "In Progress." WHO KNOWS WHEN I WILL GET THIS ORDER, because 20+ inquiries to customer server (phone, email and even fax) have gotten me nowhere. Page has lost a long-time customer, and all they had to do to keep me happy was communicate!!! STAY AWAY!

For several years I ordered through Page Computers. Service was fast and reliable.
My most recent order has problems. The order appeared on the Page Web site as 'shipped' within a day or two. After more than 10 days, not a single item arrived. No tracking number appeared on the Web site. I received no response to any customer service inquiry. When I call the customer service phone number during business hours, the recorded message asks me to send an email, then disconnects the phone. The previous order also had problems: one item never shipped, and of four tracking numbers, only one ever appeared on the Web order status. Customer service was friendly but slow. |

Placed an order for new Cordless phone system. Website stated items were in stock. I never received a confirmation from them, or any communication for that matter. A few days later, I checked the order status and found the items we ordered were placed on back order. Again, I was not notified. When I checked my credit card status on-line I found that they charged me for the full amount of the order. I tried calling them several times and each call either went unanswered or I was directed back to the website. I then cancelled my order through their website and still did not receive any communication. I have since contacted my bank and instructed them to refuse the charge. What a horror!!!

Very poor experience. I ordered an HDMI board for my new Panasonic Professional series plasma TV which their website said they had in stock. I placed my order Friday evening. It is now the next Thursday and my order has not even been processed yet. I called their hard-to-find customer service number and after being on hold for about 15 minutes was finally told that the reason the product hadn't shipped was that it was not currently in stock. The operator was friendly and courteous, but couldn't explain why the warehouse was telling her one thing and the website said another. Sounds a little like false advertising to me, although I will say that she allowed me to immediately cancel my order without any cost to me whatsoever. Their price was the absolute lowest I could find on the internet, but if it takes 2 weeks or more to receive what's the point in saving a few bucks?

Took five days to get a tracking number although they debited my card the day after I ordered. Did not ship product for five days and then it was lost by UPS. Could not get anyone with customer service to coherently respond to my e-mails or phone calls. Finally got some BS response that they had technical problems with their e-mail system. Only got refund AFTER disputing charge with my credit card company. I am done with them.

BAD experience with Page Computer. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.
I purchased a camera thinking it was cheap. When I opened up the package, the camera box looked like it was previously opened. The box had a few rips. When I tried the camera, it turned out it was defective. I tried to get a refund but they would charge me 10% handling fee and shipping charges. Also, they only gave me 15 days to return the item, even after I had told them that I'd be on vacation for a week. Purchasing the item also took a long time. They had to send a couple of emails to confirm and I had to contact my credit card co. to confirm the purchase as well. Never buy from them again! |

They lie about the processing time of the orders and keep you in the dark until you call them.
The only timely action they take is billing your credit card. I suspect they lied to me on the availability of the item as well, because they had no info on the time it would take them to get me the item. Their customer support is as clueless as they can be. This was the worst experience in six years of online shopping. Stay away from these clowns. They spoiled my holidays and you can be next. |

Will NEVER shop from this seller again. Page Computers operates a fraudulent operation. They sent me something completely different than I ordered. I ordered wire and they sent me a stereo receiver. I think they offload product they don't have a market for and try to make it so hard to return that you will keep it, thanks for VISA canceling payments! When I was on hold for 20 minutes, the customer service rep came back and confirmed that they sent me the correct product. I have spent 2 hours total on the phone with them and they never told me when I could anticipate to get the ordered product. They would not send me my order until they had the product back that they sent me incorrectly (even though the first rep told me he'd have it sent out asap, but when I called 2 days later, there was no record of this, nor of my call on record). Ordered product from different seller (shopperschoice.com). Ended up with product in 3 days from order for $5 less than page computers.

I ordered a monitor for a gift and paid for 2-day priority shipping ($40+). When it did not arrive on schedule, I phoned to find out the tracking number/location. Hours on hold later, I was informed that the only remaining one in stock was damaged and another was not available to send me, which they determined on Monday but didn't bother to tell me.
Customer service is terrible - the telephone agents seem to have very little information available to them regarding who is doing what in other departments (accounting, shipping, warehouse). |

Page Computers carelessly advertises incorrect prices, protecting themselves by a pusillanimous clause in their policies disclaiming any responsibility for honoring their advertised prices and product selection (http://www.pagecomputers.com/store/ccare_pricingpromotions.asp). Furthermore, their return policy (http://www.pagecomputers.com/store/Policy_ReturnItem.asp) ensures that the customer is always at fault: 15% restocking fee for non-defective items, 10% handling fee for defective items. Shipping expenses for refunds, even in the case of a defective product, are paid by the customer.
After paying a criminal $8.48 for ground shipping on a camera memory card, I finally received the wrong itema 256MB xD card rather than an 8GB CompactFlash card. I am now in the middle of their time- and sanity-consuming return and refund process. By the way, since you wont find it on their website, heres their toll-free number: 888-557-2557 [gotten from the Better Business Bureau]. Do yourself a favor and stick to a more reputable store. |

Placed an order for a videocard which was supposed to be available for immediate shipping according to the information on their website. 1 week later, I call them to find out where is the order. They reply that they have shipped the item but will have the tracking number only the next day. I call them the next day. The same reply. And on the next day. Finally, after 4 days of being told that the item has been shipped, they say that it was never shipped! And that, in fact, they will never ship it since they don't have it. 12 days wasted! And why lie all this time? |

This merchant has the next to lowest rating on a 11-level rating system used by the Better Business Bureau serving the LA area (See http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/General/Home.aspx, and enter "Page Computer"). This is my 2nd problem out of 2 orders. The 1st time they kept saying that the item was shipped, but there was no tracking number. I found out that the supplier had gone bankrupt. This time (which will be the LAST TIME) I received an "Order Confirmation" for a total of $522.33. Two days later, I received an email that the item was unavailable for that price, but they would sell it to me for their "warehouse cost" of $822.22! At the same time it was on their web site for $638.63, which I pointed out to them. They responded with disregard the 1st email, we'll sell the item to you for $673.44, "our warehouse cost." I insisted upon the contract price, so I had to purchase the item elsewhere.

Ordered an APC UPS from Page Computer after finding that they had the best price for my zip code. After making the order, I read the reviews of others and noticed many negative reviews. That got me worried. But, as it turns out, the experience was good. With the exception of not being notified immediately about my order status (I ordered on the weekend), the product was delivered in 3 business days by Fed Ex Ground, with free shipping. The product was in good shape and works fine. I will buy from them again.

I am very comfortable with this online store. Last year was my first ordering experience with them, my card information was verified. After that, I've been placing orders from them at least twice a month. There was one incident though when a shipment problem occured. I needed my order for a business presentation but it did not arrive on time. They were really sorry and sent another shipment overnight at their own cost. They really know how to take care of customers.

A good website, and low prices, but there is where the positives stop. Once you order, they have no idea when your product will ship -- and good luck to you contacting them. And their customer service is horrid beyond belief. I bought a $600 printer which arrived Dead on Arrival. I have waited WEEKS for them to get an RMA so I could get a replacement. In the meantime, the manufacturer has fixed the printer. But I have still not heard from Page Computer. WEEKS LATER!

Page Computer rocks! I had an issue before with an order I had placed. It was my error though unbelievably, aside from giving me the option to return, for my satisfaction, they found a way to waive my restocking charge and offered me a much better product which I am using for weeks now! I used to order from Page just for their low prices but now I realized that they give more than your money's worth. Outstanding!

I appreciate the time Page Computer spends in verifying orders. They left a message at my voicemail and sent an email asking confirmation if i indeed placed an order with them. I know that for some it may sound as an inconvenience. But for a person like me whose identity was stolen (someone used my card for a $2500 purchase!!!), this kind of approach is very much valued.

Ordered a barebone laptop at 2:00pm friday, today is wednesday the next week and i didn't recieve any email about tracking info ect. call up the company waited 30 min, no one answer the phone so went to the website. use the help there, finally found somone, and that person told me that the order has not been sent to their warehouse to be ship.... I ask why and she reply "we do not guarantee processing time on ground order"..... which mean it could be days before my order get ship... what kind of crap is that... trying to get a refund asap (on phone waiting for a rept actually since the website help crap didn't connect me anyone after 3 try). and buying somewhere else.
