Purchased alabaster jewelry box for 37th wedding anniversary. Packaging was exceptional, but item arrived with multiple cracks that customer service person initially said he would handle to my satisfcation. He later said cracks were within all such boxes. Novica ruined what could have been a uniquely memorable event.

it's always a little scary to order jewelry online from a site for the first time. What a wonderful shock to get a product even better than I expected. I espcially like the way NOVICA is connecting small artisans around the globe with customers who would've been previously unavailable to them. And not even acting as a "middleman"....my bracelet was shipped directly from the lady in Thailand who created it. What a concept!

I received my purchase from Peru to UK within a week of ordering and this included one day's delay due to having the good redirected. Amazing. The package was damaged on arrival, but the contents unaffected. I would use Novica again.

i had never even known of novica b4 this purchase. i was pleasantly surprised that it was affiliated to some degree w/national geographic -- that provides credibility. i was amazed at the diversity & quality of merchandise. i was even more in awe of the reasonable shipping time for this item, the quality for the amount paid, & the wonderful presentation. i am sure i will be shopping novica again. it was a wonderful internet shopping experience!
