It is not nice that I have already twice received an incomplete delivery. I ordered nail tips as following: Broadway Nails Real Life Press-On Petites Nails - 24 ea, 2 PACK Quantity : 5 Item Price : $11.70 Item Total : $58.50. When I’m counting 2 x 5 item, I got a result 10 – how ever I received 5 items. Same happened last time when I ordered those nail tips. I’m wondering why Myotcstore tells to sell the product in 2 PACK and then just take my money but don’t send all items (only half of amount I’ve ordered)?  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ORDERED THE MERCHANDISE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND IT WAS MAILED TO A DIFFERENT AREA. WHEN I CHECKED THE TRACKING IT INDICATED IT HAD ARRIVED (AT THE TIME I EXPECTED) WHEN MY DAUGHTER GOT HOME FROM WORK SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE HAD RECEIVED IT. The only complaint I have is about the email I received about how to track my order. This email advised how to track depending on the order number. The problem was none of the instructions related to my order number. I had previously ordered from this company and did not have any problem. This time I ordered Insulin syringes and received Pen Needles. I called to correct and received a 5% discount, free shipping would have been better.
