Worst experience EVER!!  Ordered a 64gb Ipod Touch on the 3rd of November.  Item didn't ship until the 6th.  I was assured via phone, website, and email that the item was being shipped USPS Priority to my home in Guam (a U.S. Territory).  After 2 weeks, called to get a tracking status (the tracking info in the e-mail didn't work).  I was told that it was shipped 4th class, in complete violation of their own shipping policy.  Was also told that if the item never arrived, or was damaged in shipping that there was nothing they could or would do about it because they have a no return/refund policy for ipods.  (something also in violation of their shipping policies)  Their customer service reps didn't care about our situation.  I am in the Military, and have had hundreds of things purchased and shipped all over the world.  I have never been treated like this before.   DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Excellent all around. I received a mailer with my package about the latest specials, which included two of the items I purchased. I called them and within 5 minutes they credited me $15 for items that had gone on sale after my purchase (for price matching)! That's just one way of providing excellent service.

I still haven't received my Dunlop Puller. And the other two Items did arrive on time, but three houses down from mine. Luckily the individuals did know me and return the items. I also had a guitar strap back ordered from January, that I paid around 10.00 for, and still haven't received it. In the future I will instruct my fellow musicians to seek another means of music equipment shopping and avoid all the crappy customer service and the shoddy delivery care and handling.

excellent experience with musician's friend. the only thing i would change is the order tracking process. i was notified when it was shipped and was given a tracking number, but couldn't track the order since i didn't know what service it was shipped with. i did get a speedy delivery, and i am very impressed with the quality of my purchase.

The order was received on time and basically in excellent condition. One of the microphones needed to be replaced, but replacement was authorized immediately. Musician's Friend even paid for the return shipping! This is an excellent company. I have done business with them for many years, and totally intend to continue to do so!

I think that Misicians friend is great but I have an issue. Since I'm in Puerto Rico the product delays a little bit arriving to my home. So when I order something and I have to pay for shipping and handling. I'm paying for the product to come within the the 2 to 5 bussines days. And I don't know why Ihave to pay for it if it's going to delay.

The on-line part of the shopping was great. It was an easy and fast experiance. However, for the second time Musician's friend has shiped my product to the wrong adress! In the end I did get my product by looking at the shipping confrimation and hunting my stuff down... But it was a PAIN!
