They don't really run their online store - horrible service. I placed an order for an item Meijer.com had at a good price, and the order went through fine. 5 days later I get a call that they didn't really have the item in stock. Apparently they just act as a middleman for other sellers and the real seller was out of them. Rediculous waste of time.

Meijer.com is the worst online vendor.  They are incompetent, they lie and I don't know how they can stay in business. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their products are pure garbage. I will never buy from this company again, and will likely never buy anything furniture related online again because of this miserable experience.

They delivered broken merchandise on three different occasions for ONE ORDER! I waited 3.5 months to receive what I paid for! They are separate from their vendors, so nobody has a clue what the other party is doing. Everything gets tied up and ignored via email communication. I've dealt with this wretched company and the problems they've caused me for so long, that I don't even want to spend any more time/ energy dwelling on it. 

I bought a bar height dining table and matching bar stools in March of 2012, I didn't receive what I paid for until JUNE!! They shipped defective parts from the factory. When I had them replace the defective parts, they sent the wrong parts! Each time, there's a minimum 3 week delay while you wait for their only shipping partner (UPS) to deliver your goods.

My experience was not pleasant.  It took four business days for processing and handling.  After I called several times, they finally sent me an email stating the item had been shipped.  Order from Meijer if you are not in a rush to receive your item.

great products, cool prices,  and if you want to return it, you get free return shipping.  they ship very quickly, and they even have groceries,  and great brands like carhart, samsung, carter's .  What a selection!  Could browse the site for hours.

I found a great price on a new model GPS at meijer.com.  After two abortive attempts to buy the product from "bait & switch" online stores, I gave meijer a try.  The communications were excellent, the price was real, shipping was very reasonable, and the product arrived at my doorstep very quickly and as advertised.
