I am a canadian custumer. Unfortunatelly, my order was not accepted at the border and was shiped back to the mercnaht in the US. The merchant refound me automatically the price of the purshase(that is how I learded about the return) and, once I've called to have more info, the custumer service representative on the phone even refund me the shipping fees. I'm pleased with how Lycky Vitamin handle this unfortunate situation and hope that I'll be able to purshase from their web site again. I still don't know if their is a product in my order that is not allowed in Canada or what other reason can explain why my parcel was not allowed to get to me. I had read about a cleanse amino acid, I have shopped Lucky Vitamin before, and checked to see if they carried the cleanse. The product info mentioned that the cleanse could deplete minerals as well as toxins and vitamins should be taken too. I ordered both and am a happy customer.

I ordered 6 pro-rite bottles on 12 January 2013. I received two and this announcement, "At this time your order has backordered item(s) on it. We will process and ship these backordered items to you with priority upon arrival in our warehouse at no additional charge. Please refer to the summary below for specific backordered items. Most backorders ship within 7 days, occasionally manufacturing issues may cause extended delays. Out of Stock: Item Price Qty. Backorder Qty Status Carlson Labs - Pro-Rite Proline & Lysine - 180 Tablets - Item #: 118371 $19.51 6.00 4.00 Out of Stock Your credit card has not yet been billed for these items. As soon as your backorders can be filled we will send out your products and you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking numbers. You will only be billed for the items we are able to send upon shipment. We do apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We will keep you updated on the status of your order as items arrive in stock or backorders persist. If you would like to modify or change your order in anyway, please call us as soon as possible at 1-888-635-0474 or respond to this email." After several notifications that ProRite was backordered, LuckyVitamin cancelled the order on 14 March 2013, two months later. I visited their website and saw that they do have Pro-Rite in stock, but at a higher price. I feel betrayed and lied to. The item is in stock, just at a higher price.

I'm so pleased with LuckyVitamin.com. They had a great selection of products and several of them were on sale. The setup of their site made it really easy to shop - I was able to add items to the cart without having to click "continue shopping" every time which drives me nuts on other sites. It was easy, fast and friendly. The items arrived on time, everything was in stock. And they didn't charge me ridiculous shipping fees as other sites often do - I live in Canada. Once I started shopping at Lucky Vitamin, I have returned several times - it's a fantastic company and the service is great.
