I purchased faucets on Light in the Box. The faucets are stunning. I can't believe how amazing the quality is given the low price.

I was very frustrated with the process.  I ordered my daughters dress and did not know it would take weeks. I did not like that I couldn't call and talk to someone and get help with expediting shipment.  The day that i emailed and said if i couldn't have the dress by a certain date the dress shipped but it did not arrive on time for her special day.  When the dress did arrive it was too big but it was beautiful.  I figured we were stuck with it since it is the size we "thought" we needed based on the online sizer.

Very comfortable shoes. Sizing perfect. Look very classy. Very easy buckle - much better than the standard buckle which is always difficult to manage. Overall excellent.  Wish I had read the small print about VAT being payable on delivery.

The thing i liked about Light in the Box is that there is a huge selection with a wide variety of styles at a low cost. They offer small sizes that I cannot find here in New Zealand.  It would have been better if the delivery is a little bit faster to New Zealand.

A great way to shop.  Excellent customer service and delivery was a lot faster than I expected. The product quality was as expected and matched or exceeded the price.  The only fall back was the sizing, but this can be expected when ordering online, and the customer service was helpful to deal with to solve any problems.  Highly reccomended.

 I finally found a great car charger for the Iphone!! The price was so unbelievably inexpensive and the quality is amazing! I bought both the black and the white colors to match our Iphones. This is the first order from LightInTheBox and it was completed completely trouble-free. Their postage and packaging rates are very reasonable too.
The fact that you can track the order helped to reasure me of the delivery.

The items arrived very quickly and were well packaged.
I ordered three watches; Two of the watches worked perfectly and I love them they are quirky. I can not believe how reasonably priced they were.

However and unfortunately one of the products was faulty and after contacting them they were very quick to reply and offer a number of resolutions to resolve the problem immediately. As a result I would rate their customer services as very good, quick and supportive.

They have a very interesting range of products which are very reasonably priced too and the quality of their goods are good.

I would recommend them to other people since I had a great experience with them.

This Shoes is very comfy. Love it. Iam usually a size 42 but ordered size 43. It fits just right around the ankles but loose on top of feet. My feet is long and thin. I am very pleased with the shipping, delivery was as as expected before time. Packaging is clever and very neat. Products are of fabulous quality. You pay less for better quality at lightinthebox.

I've ordered some playstation 3 gadgets (wireless controller, silicone cases) from miniinthebox.com and I've just got them. I have to say I'm very pleased with my order the controller works fine, and the cases fit perfectly. The delivery time was about 2 weeks, I think it's very fast if you consider the fact that there is no shipping cost, and I live in Europe so the order had to travel a long distance.

My experience was ok. The products did take a while to arrive, but this was teh fault of the courier not in Light In the Box who dispatched it in a timely manner.  I wrote  Light in the Box customer serive and they tracked the delivery in a fairly fast manner.  The products I ordered were not the highest quality, but for the prices I paid they were very resonable.  I would suggest the company to friends looking for cheap functional products.  For superior quality they need to go to another site.
