Ordering online from Leisure Pro is a cinch. While I was shopping for rash guards, a box popped up offering live chat assistance. The assistant helped me find a better deal than the one I was looking at. He recommended a larger size, tho', which turned out to be too big. No problem, I called LP back, got a free return shipping label and received the smaller size in just a few more days. LP's perfect fit guarantee is the next best thing to trying things on in my local dive shop, which is impossible because my LDS can't carry anywhere near the inventory that LP carries. Nowhere else I've ordered from online beats LP for price, selection or service.

Does not honor their return policy. I bought a dive watch for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived, it was not working. Perhaps it had an old battery? Went to a  watch store to buy a new battery and they told us that the battery drains within 5 minutes. The watch itself is defective. We returned it to Leisure Pro and asked for a full refund. No response from Leisure Pro. Called after two weeks and they said it was being repaired. We did not want a repair. We want a refund since the watch is defective to begin with. They will not give us a full refund even though the product was defective. Still waiting to get feedback from LeisurePro. Still waiting to get back the repaired watch we no longer want. Highly unsatisfied with customer service and the company.

They have a wonderfully refreshing and courteous approach to Customer Service that is uncommon. We had an issue with a prior version of this product (SeaCure Mouthpiece) and returned it. A refund was issued immediately without any additional explanation required on our part. We are a regular LeisurePro customer and will continue to use them for all our Scuba equipment purchases.

People rarely exceed my expectations, but these people sure did. this was my 1st time ordering and I did read reviews before placing an order. I found the Mares BCD I wanted for less on the web and decided to see if they would honor their price guarantee. When I requested the price one evening, I received an email the next morning with simple instructions. No issues. A nice guy named Frank? took my order and card info. My new BCD showed up fast and I got a great deal. I guess I was pleasantly surprised. I will go to this company 1st on my next gear order.

Everything was excellent and priced great except shipping. I am traveling so I needed it shipped to St Thomas. Since your shipping options are so limited it cost me all the savings of your sale in shipping ($83!) USPS priority mail would have been $20. Fedex would have been around $40. We spend a lot of time here so we are very familiar with shipping costs here. UPS is the most expensive way to ship to St Thomas by far.

One wetsuit was back ordered and the directions in th e-mail were clear about what I had to do. When I called to cancel the backorder the Agent was very helpful and offered a substitute which was an upgrade at a reasonable price increase. I was very pleased with the service and the delivery speed.

I used Leisure Pro for the first time last week, and I will tell you what, that store is amazing. I ordered a BCD (for scuba diving) but after payment they told me that the BCD I ordered was not available anymore. At first I was upset but then they offered me a different one that was the same style or one that was about $200 more than mine for the price that I was going to spend on the original one. I ended up letting them know that I was going to buy 2 of the ones they had out of stock so they said that they would match the price on both of the BCD's for me. I basically got buy 1 get one free for the trouble I went through. The responses to the issue came quickly and I am not dissatisfied at all with the website. I will continue to shop there with confidence and they also have awesome closeout deals! Thanks LeisurePro!!!
