These prior reviews are really outdated or wrong. My customer service experience has been EXCELLENT. I am very pleased with the purchase of my St. Moritz M1 (Orange Roughy) Momentum watch. I've had it now for about 3 wks. & just love the watch, has been our pool (Don't dive anymore) since day one & keeps perfect time. No complaints at all about Joe Diver. Talked to Lilly? about needing to switch mask colors as the first one I requested was not in stock. No big deal. Lilly was very nice and professional. My mask does not fit me well, however. In fact, it is painful! I don't blame JD for that, just a bad match I guess. I tried it on at home before the trip and it seemed ok, but in the water, it cuts into my face! The snorkel and fins are great. Any chance of switching out the mask?  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I will not buy from this vendor again due to the return policy. Most other online vendors will not only accept a return for full refund (not an instore credit)after 2-3 months but also pay return shipping! Many times, when I don't know what size I will need, I order several sizes and return the ones that don't fit or see if friends are interested in purchasing the items. Can't afford to do this with Joe Diver!  I would not shop here again
