I ordered sneakers based upon what was available according to the website. Despite it saying it was available in my size, I received an e mail a few days later saying it was not. I then said I wanted to cancel the other item (a sweatshirt) and they said I couldn't. Overall, very disappointing.

The system originally made a mistake, by listing shoes in my size that they didn't have. I was surprised when I didn't get an email confirmation order for a couple of days, so I called customer service to find out what had happened. The lady explained to me the problem and helped me to find a solution. It wasn't the same color that I wanted, but it was the right model. she was very nice and attentive.

Ordered shoes for my son and 12 hrs later he ordered the same thing for himself. We sent two emails to company asking to have second order cancelled. Was not cancelled, 2 pairs arrived at our house but it took one pair (the first one ordered) 3 extra days to arrive.

I was very pleased to find the New Balance shoe style that I could not find in the New Balance retail store. The price was excellent and the online shopping experience was extremely easy. I plan to shop at Joe's New Balance Outlet again and I will tell my friends about the great prices.

My husband ordered clothing and shoes for me for Christmas from Joe's New Balance Outlet. The clothing ran big and the shoes ran small.  I kept some of it, but returned some, all in the same box.  They claimed they did not recieve the shoes, the most expensive item in the box, but gave me credit for the smaller items. Beware- I feel they are completely dishonest. There is absolutely no way they could have received some, but not all of the items.  They are unethical and I would not recommend them to anyone.  If you try on the product in a store first and want a deal, that is the only way I would purchase from them.

Good selection. Some popular products were not available in all sizes, No free shipping. The website is easy to use and product description as found on the manufactures website. Prices are generally excellent but not all colors may be available at the bargain prices. Highly recommended for those who exercise a lot and replace running shoes frequently. Clothing merchandise of limited selection and pricey. But then it's a shoe outlet. Overall four and a half stars.

Bought the daily deal after seeing it advertised on dealnews.com. I had never been to the website before and so I spent some time looking at all shoes by my size which was super convenient. When I saw that my rare size (10.5 wide) was carried on this special deal, I didn't want to miss out so I ordered them right away and I am happy I did because I've never seen this size carried in a real store and definitely not at this price.
