AS HAPPENS, SO OFTEN, I CAN TRUTHFULLY ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS FAVORABLY, YET, HAD A PROBLEM. BASICALLY, THE SITE ON-LINE AND THE PERSONELL IS EXCELLENT, HOWEVER, THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT NEED TO BE IMPROVED.
THIS MAY NOT BE THE PLACE FOR ALL I'M WRITING, BUT, SINCE IT INVOLVES THIS ORDER, IT DOES REFLECT MY OPINIONS OF THE MATTER..
THE SIDE BRUSH FOR MODEL 530 WASN'T IN YOUR LISTING OF ACCESSORIES.. NOR, WAS THERE AN EXPLANATION OF WHY IT WASN'T LISTED. WHEN I FOLLOWED UP WITH A CALL, I FOUND: IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK, YOU DELETE IT FROM THE LISTINGS.!!!!! I WAS TOLD THAT A DIFFERENT MODEL WAS BEING USED. I ORDERED 2 OF THEM. (THINKING: IF THE ORIGINAL WORE OUT IN 6 MONTHS, I'D NEED ANOTHER IN 6 MORE MONTHS. SEEMS RATHER EXPENSIVE FOR MAINTENANCE.)
I HAVEN'T TRIED IT IN THE ROBOT, BEAUSE, NOW, THERE'S ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE ROBOT MUST BE MAILED IN FOR THIS REPAIR. ( ANOTHER PROBLEM. I MUST STRIP THE ROBOT OF MANY PARTS BEFORE SENDING IT. THIS IS A COMPANY PROBLEM, YET I MUST TRY TO TAKE IT APART TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.!!!)
THIS IS THE THIRD TIME IT HAS HAD TO BE REPAIRED. AND--I'VE ONLY HAD IT FOR SIX MONTHS. THE MORE I THINK ABOUT IT, THE MORE I THINK THE SIDE BRUSHES SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF ON A WARRENTY BASIS INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR THEM.
WHAT DO YOU THINK??? CAN I HONESTLY SAY I'M HAPPY WIDTH THE ORDER? I DON'T THINK I CAN. ERm

Their website design is excellent. I didn't know exactly what model I had, but iRobot provided pictures of the different generations to click on -- the replacement parts were catalogued accordingly, and I could go by picture to find the right one.

I was shipped the product without the promotional items. When I called I was required to open the product package to ensure that the promotional items weren't inside. This is a gift and I didn't like opening it, but the agent quickly agreed to send me the missing items and did so. I appreciate their situation, and am glad they resolved it so quickly.

I have purchased seven IROBOT products because I like their preformance. I do not have all these in my home my sister has 2, her statement is "I would do most anything to keep from being with out my IROBOTS" My friend has 2 and would not be with out them he breeds Titled German shepherds and the pet vaccum works wonderful. I my self soon will be 69, I still work because I want to but my Irobots work wonders for me. They allow me to be independant take care of myself.
We are all Senior Citizens and all would reccomend them for Seniors especially.

iRobot provided me with a link in an email to track my order but the link did not lead me to a place where I could easily see my order. It took clicking on several links to finally get to the order page. The shippment was by Purolator Ground and is not expected to arrive for another week or so.

Happy to have this opportunity to say good things about iRobot. So many companies rip people off these days, and iRobot stands behind their products 100% and has excellent customer service. There's lots of info available on the website to purchase and to troubleshoot, but also immediately available phone help too.

I found it a bit confusing when first logging onto the website. All I was looking for was parts - had to do some running around to finally get what I wanted. But, all-in-all, it was still satisfactory. It might help to have some kind of "shopping for parts" on the home page.
