I used InkJet Superstore a few times to purchase toner for my HP Photosmart printer. Three times the cartridges didn't work properly but the return and refund process was so long and complicated, I finally said goodbye to this company. The staff are rude, the delivery is so ridiculously bad (they insist on using Purolator and always send my delivery to another town 30 mins away if by chance I am not home when they arrive, which I am convinced they never attempt anyway), and when I called to report my cartridge wasn't working, I never got an apology, just a major bad attitude! Not worth the "savings" to buy lousy product and service.

I purchased replacement ink cartridges from Inkjet Superstore. The cartridges turned out to be defective. When I attempted to request a replacement the merchant denied the request, even though I made a similar complaint during the warranty period. Be wary of purchasing from this merchant. Do not buy more than you need as they will not provide any remedy after one year.

Personally I think they suck.  I ordered a week ago, on Friday, after the 3 PM deadline.  Now a week later, my order is one state over.  They sent me a notice that the order had shipped and it was like 36 hrs. later when FedEx had finally received the package.  Now 7 days later, it's one state over from the origin.  They'll never suck me in again.

i requested a replacement cartridge due to a message from my printer. it was very easy and efficient to make the request, however, the wrong color was sent to me. it may be my mistake in that i could have given them an incorrect number of the product which i took off the box which may have been the wrong box

I thought that the printer ink was very reasonably priced. Best prices on the internet that I could find. My prodct was shipped the same day that I ordered it and came within 2 days after shipping.
