Herroom deserves less than one star. Their service is slow, and they don't honor their return policy. Their merchandise is not as advertised, and when you find this out, they will not refund your money. Their customer service is a joke. There are too many other retailers out there to bother with this company.

Worst customer service. Placed an order on Dec. 5th and it was on backorder. promised to shop by Dec. 16th no follow up i left several messages for customer service and no one called me back!
When I finally got someone on the phone, they promised a manager would follow up with a date for shipping. I told them several times it was a Christmas gift! Maureen the manage told me she was "too busy" to call me! What a lame excuse! No apologies and no follow up! The worst company to do business with! I ordered 2 colors of a bra by Grenier (item #7539L) that I saw were VERY cheaply made as soon as I received them.Not worth the money I paid for each (45$ each). I didn't even try one on. It was a camisole they claimed had a full bra in it (per the description & request for bra&cup size). There was no support in the bra whatsoever. I didn't have to try it on to see that. I sent the item back along with a second one- THE VERY NEXT DAY. They are refusing to credit me for one of the bras because they claim there are makeup stains on it. I did not try it on so these were not my makeup stains.Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. When I spoke to them, I said "I did not even have to try them on..." and she answered "OH See you just said you tried them on". Twisted my words like a 6 year old would in trying to rile me up. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and sharing this experience to caution other customers.

Ordered a Bikini on Herroom.com on 7/01/2012, the bikini top was shipped on 7/03/12, and over a month by the week of 08/07/12 will the bikini bottoms be shipping. Now the top is too small so now I have to wait until Aug to return this when the bottoms arrive so that I don’t have to end up paying twice to return items if the bottom is too small.
I think this is pathetic as they are only using one vendor, now great customer service would have been 1) sourcing the bottoms from another vendor who could of shipped sooner or 2) offer to refund my postage and insurance for the top I need to return for a bigger size. I will never buy from these people again |

The website of her room is tidy and nice, which make me feel comfortable. I even discovered there initial design and thought that design was much better than current.
However, the service team of her room is not as nice as the website design. The delivery is sort of slow, and they are lack of some goods like http://www.sexybackdresses.com/home.html, but they deny such truth. And the high price....with high shipping fee...which made me headache. One of the bra I purchased is very large, seems is not with the standard size. The shopping bag is not bad. I do not deny it. But considering the whole services, I don't think it should be recommended. I will not purchase from here again, except it indeed contains some styles I can not got from other online store. |

Customer rep could not have been less helpful and downright rude when I asked what happens if the bottom doesnt arrive within the 30-day return window. No refund! Really?? I ordered a bunch of bathing suites from herroom.com and only about one fifth of my order has come to me a MONTH later. I was told a few of my items would be delayed two weeks, then three, now Six! It has been ridiculous! Customer service was HORRIBLE. I asked about the suites and apparently a few came into stock and they did not even send them to me. I asked them to over night them so I could have a bathing suite for a pool party this weekend (original reason for my order and they REFUSED. Three weeks late and they refused to overnight it. I have always been a loyal customer but now a month after I sent in my order I have no bathing suite to wear to my nieces pool party.

Well I wish I saw these warnings before I dealt with these jerks.
I ordered 2 bras. The bras shipped, I received them. One fit the other was too small. So I called and explained that their universal bra size tool was not accurate and that the product was not true to size. I was going to exchange but then learned that the customer service didn't care that the product they sold wasn't try to size and that I had to pay to ship it back. So I said that I will just return and take mybusiness elsewhere and shecouldn't have cared less. Ill take my business back to fig leaves.com . What a horrible experience with this AWFUL company. I bought a bra from the company, tried it own(did not fit) and put it directly back in the packaging. I got an e-mail saying they could not refund the money due to a possible number of reasons(of course, there is no specification). However, they could return the bra to me if I paid the postage or donate it to Salvation Army. This company is obviously a scam and tries to rip off people. I will let everyone know that this company should be avoided. What a disappointment and loss of some hard earned cash.

I ordered a matching gown and robe--both in the same size. I ordered them three weeks prior to the date that I needed them. They sent two unmatched sizes. When I contacted them about it, they only sent an automated response, stating that I was responsible for the postage to correct the situation. They never did state whether they even had the correct size available--which I am thinking that they don't. Anyway, I am shipping it all back for a complete refund. This was my first and last time doing business with these folks.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! you will never be able to return anything. Their customer service is awful and they do not care about their customer nor their reputation. I ordered multiple sizes of the same bra to determine the correct fit. I kept one and returned the others with tags attached within 24 hours after I had received the items. I was told via email that the items had been worn and therefore can not be returned. So, the take home message is if you try it on you own it! Very poor Customer Service. Not willing to work with or please the customer. Two of the three garments ordered were poor quality and poor workmanship. I was not allowed to return these items, nor was I credited the purchase price on same. In fact, they did not offer to exchange these items either. I purchased a Curvation bra and a Spanx Cognito Cami. I would never order from Her Room Lingerie website in the future.

beware, do not buy from this company, their sizing is so off.
customer service is the worst, I received a bra without the tag attached and sent it back I was told I sent a bra back damaged that it had underarm stains, I never wore it and also I don't sweat nor need to wear deodeorant, then I received a nasty email from customer service, will never buy from them again to this date they have kept the bra I am reporting company to paypal and better business bureau who do they think they are keeping a bra I paid for! also I returned 2 briefs with tags and they have never refunded those they need to have better customer service skills and not accuse the customers of things that are not true will not shop there ever again if you need to return beware! |

Not good. I went to Herroom for a specific type of bra. I ordered 2 in a medium, one from each company. One, was too big so I returned it tags on. The other I wore for a few hours and the problem I was addressing recurred...that is back pain at the bra line. It was clear it was just too snug. So I returned it in what I thought was new condition, tags not on. I was told that I would not be receiving a refund. Just as if I went to a retail store and bought a $60 bra I would expect a refund, I thought Herroom would be that good. NOT! No more of my business. Also eopinions should update their rating because everyone done this year is bad. Also it took forever to get my order.

I really wanted to like this establishment, their selection is great. First order went fine, so ordered two more of the same thing. No package for a month, and I emailed to ask what was going on. I was told they were "checking with the carrier" and would get back to me in 3-5 days. No package or response for another month, and when I contacted them again by email, they said they were still "waiting for a response from the carrier" (really? after 30 days?) Three more weeks, I contacted them again, and they offered me a replacement or refund. I opted for replacement, still hoping that this was just an glitch. Three weeks later, no replacement, and NO contact from them. Asked for a refund, which they did issue promptly. BUT, took three and a half months to get things fixed, and never did get the items I wanted. So lots of stalling, wasted time, and NO follow-up from them; I had to keep emailing. I think the thing that bugged me the most was the "sorry for the inconvenience" replies in emails, then absolutely no effort to fix anything.

I got an e-mail later stating one was in "other than new condition". Somehow when i tried both on for the one minute it takes to try on a bra one was in "other than new condition". Terrible customer service. Would not credit my account for the bra i tried on for one minute.

I recently became a first-time customer of HerRoom.com online, and while I will continue to purchase from this store in the future because it is very difficult to find large-size fashion tights in my local retail stores, I was not impressed with the speed or service of this retailer.
I placed and paid for an order on January 5, and on January 16 had still not received my merchandise or a shipping notification. I had to contact the company twice by e-mail in order to get a response. I did receive my merchandise about two days after my initial inquiry, but I am not happy about the length of the delivery time, and the lack of adequate e-mail notifications about shipment. |

I ordered a Calvin Klein tankini swimsuit on final clearance for $50.00. When it arrived, it was just a tankini top, no bottom. Some other CK bikini pieces were sold separately, but they were only 30.00 and were marked "bikini TOP", bikini BOTTOM", etc. Nowhere in the listing did it say this was just a top, and there was a picture of the whole suit. I used their Live Chat service and was told that "tankini" means "top" by some idiot that managed to be rude through typing. I called and asked for a supervisor expecting him to send me the bottom, and I was given such a great deal! He would send me the bottom for only $30 and would not charge me the $5 shipping! First off, I had ordered enough that my shipping was free in the first place, and second I had used a promo code so their mistake ended up costing me even more. He said he would talk to his buyers and make sure they listed the tankinis properly from now on. Oh really? We'll see if the Attorney General thinks he gave me a great deal, now that I've filed my complaint.
