GREAT WOULD BUY FROM AGAIN

Initial web site listing only gave one item # though two items were shown. Wrong item was shipped & received & immediately returned but credit cannot be issued for 2-3 weeks after receipt. I have now paid triple shipping charges-shipping to and from me and to me again. Item was reordered but undeliverable without a signature. I tried to pick up the item from UPS but item was already returned. Item cannot be reshipped. Must be reordered but credit for 2nd item cannot be issued for another 2-3 weeks after return is received probably next week. Requested item be reshipped not requiring a signature but it cannot be done. I cannot stay home from work to wait for item to arrive to sign for it so I have no idea how to get item I have already paid for twice with triple shipping charges. I have to wait for all of these credits to come through first to be able to afford to reorder still another item. So far I have $125.91 outstanding in product charges & $18.25 outstanding in shipping charges or a total of $144.16 awaiting credit for a $64.32 item I tried to order on 4-05-13.

BUYERS BEWARE !!! I would NEVER buy from this place again. They are late to work for over an hour at times and they do not answer the phone during their business hours. When they do, they are arrogant and rude. Their website portion related to the returns does not work properly either (unable to enter authentication code when prompted). I have purchased a line powered phone (Future Call FC-3110) that had horrible feedback when speakerphone was being used. They would not arrange for the return but kept pushing me to the third party (supposing manufacturer). Two weeks later and numerous attempts to arrange for the return, I was still not able to send it back. I had to dispute the entire purchase with PayPal and AMEX. Horrible buying experience and I doubt that this place is legit. Stay away unless you want to get screwed.

The nebulizer we rec'd was not the one on the website. It is totally different. We ordered the filters for the one on the website and they are not the ones for the product sent.

Tried to use the first time customer $10 off coupon code online but it would not work. That was disappointing. I bought two items. The first one came super fast and the tracking was easy to follow. The only problem was that the second item was not seen as a separate purchase (or would be shipped separately) and appeared to be bundled with the first item. I thought the prewrap I ordered didn't come or had gotten lost. Yesterday I received an email notification that the prewrap had been shipped. So, that was a bit confusing. You should inform the purchaser that the items won't be shipped together to avoid confusion. After all that, I ordered the wrong tape-50 dollars worth- but opened the package and used one roll only to find out my daughter says it is too stretchy and won't work. Errgghh.....so now I am stuck with it. BUT that is not your fault. Hopefully the prewrap will work.

I ordered a serious medical product and paid for two day shipping.  After three days I contacted live chat and they told me that my order had not been shipped and that no one had told them it was out of stock so they couldn't relay that information to me.  Something is wrong with just that situation itself.  They told me that it would be changed to four days shipping and I would get a refund on the difference.  I still have not gotten my shipment one week later now and waited on live chat for more than a half hour with no contact with the operator there and so far no response to my message to customer service.  For serious health products there are wiser choices in suppliers out there.

I was very pleased with how quickly my order was processed and filled. There is an excellent selection of options available, unlike many other sites I visited. My only complaint is that it seems more geared for bulk purchases rather than to the individual - I found what I wanted, but it wasn't quite as easy or clear as it could have been. Still, I would recommend them and shop here again.

HI, I was charged for an item (187.?) That i have not yet recieved!I've called twice concerning this matter; Left a telephone message, and i have not recieved a return call. Very unhappy, I have a lymphatic condition, and this bra. was orderd for the condition. SO UNHAPPY, Will i recieve my money Back for this item???
