I purchased one SAS hard disk from "HardDrivesDirect" a couple of months ago and get a life time warranty with the purchase. Recently this piece started making some noise and I contacted the store. I received the replacement within a couple of days. Their responses was fast and helpful. Thanks a lot guys, very helpfull.

I ordered 4 drives on December 10, 2010 received them on time but 2 of them were wrong. The 06P5764 are 1.5" high and too big. The drives had a non-IBM sticker saying they were 06P5712 (which seem to be equal to 06P5764) but on the actual drives they   Read full review...
