Item I ordered had been"damaged" prior to delivery and they held up the entire order for two weeks prior to sending the items that were available. It took two emails to get my order delivered, minus the product that was "damaged", which they claimed was unavailable...but which was clearly available at other merchants. There are too many good perfume sites to order from to deal with such nonsense.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Customer service is rude and their "Guarantee Policy" clearly contradicts their Refund Policy. They charged my credit card, then after 9 business days I contacted them to say I hadn't received the products yet, and they said, oh yeah, we'll notify you when we ship. Then they wrote and told me that the products they had were damaged and they would have to void the sale and credit me back. The credit was processed quickly, but still they had my money for 2 weeks, and I never received my products that I hunted for on line for an hour!  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:
