The shipping and customer service were appallinglt bad. The email confirming the order said it would ship in 3-5 days, but it had not shipped for 10 days, and repeated efforts to check the order status on-line simply informed me it would ship 3-5 days from the order. When it FINALLY shipped and I received tracking information, that tracking info never showed the package leaving New Jersey its Virginia destination. I sent the seller's customer service department an email message more than 10 days after the order was placed since I could not find out where the package was, and I never received a response. Sloppy, incompetent and discourteous service. I will never shop there again.

Ordered glasses, company stated 3-5 days for deliver. Item was in stock. I was sent a tracking link. I kept checking and after the 7th day of no result, I emailed there link and never received a response. On day 8 I was sent a USPS tracking number and the product had not been shipped until day 10. I eventually received the glasses 13 days after my order was placed with no explanation of the delay or any offer to refund cost of shipping. In the future I will never use EyeSave again. I will order directly from Manufacturer!

I shopped around for the best price on Native Eyewear replacement lenses and Eyesave was the least expensive, so I decided to purchase from them. Shipping was extremely slow, it took close to two weeks to receive my order. I assume that they were not in stock and they had to order them. In this day and age with so many options to purchase online, this is unacceptable. I must say that product was correct and in good condition when they finally arrived.

Ordered the item at 10:30 am, Aug. 31, after calling EyeSave to ensure it would be shipped same day. I purchased expedited shipping. The Eyesave website also clearly states items must be purchased prior to 3:00 to ship out expedited. Due to Labor Day, item was shipped Sept 4 and I received the 6th. Wasted the additional money for expedited shipping.

don't know what happend when I order they did not tell me that the sunglasses were not inou stock, went on vacation without the sun glasses, had to purchase one at a store in a mall. When I received the product the lence had a little chip in I had no choice but to sent it back via UPS cost me $10 all in all it was a very inconvience

Excellent product selection and prices. Customer service was amazing. They sent me a personal email letting me know of an error in my order in which I caused and once I fixed the error on my side they quickly shipped my product out to me. Wonderful Customer Service! This isn't easy to come by these days...especially with all of the online purchasing we do. I will definitely use this company and recommend to all my friends and family in the future.

From the online picture of the product I thought I was ordering the correct pair, however, when I received them they were a pair of reading glasses with a charcoal tint, the entire lens had a magnification of 150. The pair of reading sunglasses I wanted have a sun glass lens and the 150 reading portion in the lower third of the lens. I know Scojo makes a pair like this, but the Eyesave online catalog did not describe the product clearly enough for me to see the difference before ordering.

The website was fine--good selection-- and the prices good, but the sunglasses weren't shipped until 14 days after I ordered them. When I wrote to ask them about this, they said they hadn't had them in stock when I ordered them. This is fine, but only if they had informed me of that when I ordered them so I would have had the option of buying them elsewhere or ordering something else. They were a gift for someone, so I needed them to arrive on time.

I was impressed with the web site and the reviews, but there is more to a good experince than a web site. :-) I ordered 2 glasses cases and when I rec'd them they were entirely different from the picture and WAY over priced. I wrote an unfavorable review of the glasses on their web site but after their review, it has never appeared on the site, the only review shown is one that makes the cases sound like the second coming and probably written by the Eye Save staff. I returned the glasses and it took 3 phone calls over 3 weeks to get the charges credited back to my Visa card. Don't pay any attention to their reviews and avoid doing business with this company.

I orderd two pair of reading glasses. It took three weeks to arrive. After arrival one of them was broken and the other just did not fit. I asked for a refund but they would charge me 7.95 for shipping. I would expect a refund with no shipping charges after this fiasco, but they said they could not do it. I recommend staying away from this company
