NO shipping or order status even though they send an email with an order status link. No commuication from seller at all about order status. A live chat was performed by me, to find out that there is a delay on my order because the parts are "out of stock". This was never mentioned to me in any way upon my original order, or the week I waited for an order status to update. I'm now told by live chat there will be a three week (3 week) delay in shipping my order. I requested an email copy of the live chat, was told one would be sent, and never recieved that either. This will be my first and last purchase with this company; IF I ever get my items.

Even with the tracking number USPS doesn't send the tracking email. I don't know where my purchase is. I paid 28.95 for shipping for nothing; it has been 10 days since the purchase and I have no clue where my item is. This is really my first and last purchase on this site. Frustrating!

Was a bit disappointed when notified item was Out Of Stock with no ETA for availability. Showed "In Stock" when order was placed.
Otherwise, prompt email notification was received with option to cancel the order. Unless a charge appears on a subsequent credit card statement, I assume this has happened.

they hit my credit card with a charge that far exceeded my purchase. when i sent them an e mail requesting they apply the correct ammount I never received a response. a week after order I received an e mail saying the item was not in stock and would not be available for some time,and I cancelled my order. purchased item elsewhere.

I have been trying to order a device that recently has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Many sources list it but say that it has been discontinued. Electrical Supplies On Line seems to carry it. As far as I can tell, they must have cancelled my order and the closest thing to notification was a vague reference "The shipper's tracking number is obsolete" buried in a message thanking me for my order. It has been a week and a half and I do not know my order status. I sent a message to them yesterday at 9 a.m asking for an update and have heard nothing almost a day later.

I split an order between two different websites because electricsuppliesonline.com did have some cheaper prices. Took them a couple days before notifying me both items were on back order. Couldn't find another site that carried both items and had to split the order again. I ended up paying more in shipping. Will definately call and confirm availability in the future before making an on-line order.

I received the timer but not the transformer. I was under an intial impression that the transformer was being shipped separately. I emailed them that I needed to know if it was being shipped separately, as I thought. Upon further review of the invoice, I noticed that it was, in fact, back-ordered. I emailed the company immediately upon making the discovery that I would have to cancel that portion of the order because I needed the transformer right away. So far, they have yet to respond to either email and, to top it off, it appears the timer isn't working properly. Some mess!!
