Easy Spirit

I work at a national thrift store and often see Easy Spirit shoes, which I really like. So I went to their website and was delighted to see "We have your size!" right there on the home page. I navigated to Shop by Size/Width and was again delighted to see they have size 13 listed. I selected that and got "Your search returned no products. Please select a different search option and try again." I tried all four different widths for size 13 and got the same result. I emailed the company and received a reply that basically said "Yes, we don't have that size." 

This is totally false advertising and I don't understand why they do it.
