Recently I purchased speakers through DigitalCraze. I was cautious because they have some negative reviews so I ended splitting my order (about $3,300 worth) into two orders.
Each time they accepted my order they had to go out and actually buy the items which slowed the process down about a week. OTOH they did NOT charge my credit card until they shipped, and the items received were clearly new and not reconditioned.
You won't get the standard manufacturer's warranty, just DigitalCraze's warranty for what that's worth. But I saved $1,300 not buying from a factory authorized distributor so that's more than enough to cover a repair or two.
I'm satisfied with my experience with DigitalCraze and would buy from them again.

One of the worst companies ever. somebody has to protect us as consumers from online companies like this one.
they won't ship your items that you pay for and you will wait forever and they won't care and i personally tried to call them several times and each time they have an execuse ....

I just ordered a new projection screen from Digital Craze last week. The customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions and mailed the television promptly and for less than I could find elsewhere online. I would recommend digital craze to others!

Needed a good HDMI Cable but I didn’t want to pay $150 for it. Found this for $39 on Digital Craze and haven’t been disappointed. Has copper conductors along with Ethernet and its 1080p certified. Supports 12-Bit and works great with my LCD TV, couldn’t be happier about this purchase and the service from Digital Craze. I had a good experienc and will be back to buy more soon.

I started shopping at Digital Craze because I heard about their cheap prices. I purchased a great home theater system for $600 less than Amazon and shipping was FREE!  Most of their items are cheaper than any other vendor and they have quick turnaround time and great customer service. I recommend them to anyone! If you like to save money and get free shipping on great products, then digitalcraze is for you.

I didn’t want to mount my LCD TV on the wall and we found the BDI Arena 9970. This is a great flat panel TV mount and you can still hide all of the cables! Definitely a must-have item for anyone that cannot
mount a TV on the wall. We bought this for $499, $50 cheaper from the list price anywhere else.

The best part was the free ground shipping so we didn’t even need to pay to have it delivered.

Wonderful experience.  My item I purchased, a high end av receiver, was shipped out the same day I placed the order. The item I purchased was a Pioneer Elite SC-37.  I paid for expedited shipping and received it in 2 days.  I also paid for double boxing.  Opened up the box and found the item was what I purchased.  I hooked everything up and wow!! I'm very pleased with my purchase.  Service was great, price was fantastic, I will do buisness with Digital Craze again.  This is the best reciever I have ever owned.  I'm an a/v geek and have tried and used so many receivers and amps.

In My recent online purchase through DigitalCraze.com, I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The delivery speed was great as promised. The order was accurate and I received the product without problems. In addition, their pricing was very competitive. I have checked local competitors and they still could not match DigitalCraze's pricing. They offered free shipping. I have shopped at other online retailers before and have frequently been less than satisfied with the experience. Their products often show up weeks later, past the estimated delivery date. Shipping boxes and packaging is sometimes damaged or items missing. Overall, again, I am very satisfied with the purchasing experience, and would recommend DigitalCraze.com to everyone.

I bought definitive technology speakers from digitalcraze.com in December of 2010 and had a great experience with them. I had done some research on internet companies selling high end speakers for wholesale prices and I was nervous to order from any of them! Every company had mixed reviews but I decided to go with digitalcraze, the gave me the best deal and promised I would get my speakers in time for xmas. They were great to deal with, I received my speakers a week later, no issues at all. Bottom line if you want high end merchandise and you dont want to pay retail digitalcraze is where you should go, end of story. I would for sure do business withthem again.

Be careful about the positive reviews that you read here.  The sales people are obnoxious and rip offs!  They never sent a product but threatened to collect a 15% restocking fee from my paypal account.  They advertise cheap prices but watch out!!!! You get what you pay for.  If you don't mind not recieving a product and then being tagged by some obnoxious salesman for a restocking fee, then by all means send them your hard earned dollars.

I ordered the Definitive Technology Mythos speakers along with the center and rear satelite speakers from Digital Craze with some trepidation after having read some unkind reviews. However the savings were significant and most of the reviews were favorable. The speakers arrived in a timely fashion, carefully double-boxed. One of the Mythos tower speakers had a defective mid-range driver. I contacted Digital Craze and explained the problem. They said they would have to order a replacement driver and would ship it to me when they received it. They followed through and I installed the new driver. Absolutely magnificant sounding speakers at an exceptional price. It may take a little longer to get the item you want as compared to a major retailer (selling at full retail) but if you want to save some major bucks, Digital Craze can't be beat!

They could not find the product. They did not charge my Visa card while they searched for the product. They cancled my order when they were not able to find the product which was discontinued. They did not send me a substitue product (which I did not want). I was treated very well by the sales people.

Everything was exactly as told to my by my sales assistant Lenny. He was very patient and informative to me and he offered advice which panned out to be the best thing for my purchases and the prices and knowledge of the newest electronic equipment and their specs were unbeatable. They also went back and lowered the price and credited my bill on my AV rec. because another merchant put it on sale at a lower price than they had at the time of my purchase.  I'd shop with them again in a heartbeat!!

I received the unit within 3 business days from the time I ordered it (from Canada). The unit was carefully packed and was received in perfect condition.

I ordered a pretty expensive CD player and was nervous about it being an online purchase from a company I never used before.  Showed up 2 days later just as advertised, and just as the sales staff said.  They had the best price anywhere. Very happy overall.

I bought a pioneer 141FD monitor and SC-05 pioneer reciever from DigitalCraze.I called them and ordered them over the phone.Dispite some of the negative feed backs i've read ,the salesman was vevy pleasant and knew his stuff.Shipping took a little longer than I was told it would.The delivery man was also very nice.He set up the pedistal on the monitor and placed it for me.He made sure I was satisfied befor he left.One tip,ask if the item your ordering is in stock.If itis not,you may need to be patient.But you will get it.And you can't beat thier prices.

the initial process was great. I found what I wanted, the order process was straighr forward, I even recieved a follow-up call explaining my order would ship the next buisness day. the process has broken down since then. the shipper called and wanted to deliver the package @ 4:30 AM!! When I said that was unacceptable he said between 1-5:30 PM. I agreed to this and wanted some assurance it would be delivered then. He agreed and I thought that was it. Until he called back saying "SOMEONE" had spoken to me but the merchandise had not arrived so it would be a few more days until they can deliver. there is one more buisness day before the last date to hear from the shipper. If i do not hear back I will be canceling the payment on the grill and refusing shiment.

Ordered a high end Sony SACD player at a very good price from Digital Craze. I send them an email and they promptly answered indicating it was in stock. I placed the order on Thursday and it was at my door on Monday. The item was brand new and manufacturer sealed. It arrived double boxed with extra styrofoam for extra protection. I have already connected it into my system and the sound is awesome, it is everything I expected. Great price, rapid shipping and great service, what more can you ask for?

DigitalCraze.com has great prices and my transaction went very well with them.  I purchased 2 PIONEER elite 50 inch Plasma TVs (Pro-111FD) and they had them to me in 6 days from the day I bought them.  Overall I found them to be a great company from attention to customer service to delivery of the TVs.  Overall savings was substantial, otherwise I would have simply purchased them here locally at FRY's Electronics.

This company is a group of thieves. They steel money from people. They sell only lies. I bought a DVDM from them and paid 1600 $. I waited for 2 weeks, but they did not send the items. When I asked for refund, they became nasty and refused. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the money.

All the positive review for them are wriitten by them, not by buyers. I don't think anyone will be happy if they steel his money.
Never buy from them.
The number that they have on their website is a cell phone, not a company number. I called them at night and somebody answered the phone. When I told them that I called my credit company to dispute the amount, they told me that they have already ship it. when I asked them about the tracking number, they did not give it to me.

I called in to purchase a home theater speaker system.  The purchase wasn't an ordinary everyday purchase because of it's real high value.  I intended on spending no more than $2000.00 for an in wall speaker system and opted to upgrade my speaker system by going with a higher priced version of the Definitive Technology speakers.  I needed everything to arrive by a certain date (14 days) from the day I called in my order.  Hesitating to pull the trigger (because, obviously you never know who is on the other end of the phone/computer) I went against my hesitation ONLY because not only did the sales rep make me feel confident but the professional level of knowledge on the merchandise in my cart.  I went ahead with the deal and was not let down at all.  Excellent over all performance and everything arrived ahead of time and in Brand New condition as promised.  Good job Digital Craze, I will be buying a projector in the next 12 months and will be returning to your company.

I just did a Google on Digital Craze local telephone number and got hits for Nam Kim Park PC Architects.

Called them up to clear up the reason why the number shows up on Google as Nam Kim Park PC Architects.  When my call was answered, I asked about PC Architects they responded you got the wrong f***ing number and hanged up.
Not being able to verify the number or mention about the Google hits, I called again in hope to get to speak to a friendlier person. Instead I got met with a stop calling or I will break your face, and again hanged up on.

I was looking for a Pioneer $1900 system, but not from this company. Hope this people are not trading on eBay.

Digital Craze.com is a fraudulent  .COM.

We were concerned with bad complaints that actually ended up on our desk. Digital Craze said they would handle things better. They are plagued with complaints by the BBB and state and locals as well as numerous credit card complaints.

And yes they did try as a response to us. But, they just flooded Epinions.com with false/imposter reviews to bolster their image rather than improving their service. But they are frauds..thats how they make money and they cannot do better than this. Read the positive reviews "between the lines" closely and it becomes apparent. We have one former emplyee of Digital Craze and he was instructed to spend several hours at home per night providing false POSITIVE Epinion reviews. He made some extra pay for this...what a scam. Yes, they have cheaper prices . But beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This seller is just one of many bad ones out there. Have some self respect and just stay away. Better to pay a little more with a known reputable site.

Bought a complete set of Definitive Technologies Speakers. I was worried about buying from an 'unauthorized' online dealer but could not have afforded them otherwise.  Digital Craze was very responsive, excellent on customer support and the speakers themselves arrived per the original schedule, in perfect condition!

I would highly recommend Digital Craze.  I am about to buy a new AV Receiver with all the updated capabilities and as soon as I decide which model to buy, Digital Craze will be the first place I will go to make my purchase.

I was happy to have found a JVC projector for almost $1000.00 less than what my local installer was trying to charge me for it.  The unit arrived quickly and well packaged. I bought a JVC RS-1x projector form Digital Craze.  Transaction was perfect.  They had problems with the warehouse they were working with..... It took an extra week to arrive.  Service was great, although I usually had to make the call to find out what was going on.  Overall I'm very happy.
