The web site said the product left the warehouse in 24 hours-it was 72-and ships in 3 business days. I still haven't received the product. I ordered it on May 6th and as of May 16th (10 days later) I dont have my tile. Unacceptable. I don't even know if any of it is broken or will have to be reordered.
