I've been shopping with DeepDiscount for 5 years. I've never had any problems with them. Their prices are cheaper than other places I have looked. I also like the free shipping they offer.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Shipping times at this merchant are UNACCEPTABLE. Items took THREE WEEKS to arrive from their warehouse in IL to OH and they were not backordered. This was not the first time it has taken much too long for merchandise to arrive. Prices are good, but the shipping delays are not worth saving a couple of bucks.  I would not shop here again	Overall Rating:

As long as my second item gets here before the Holidays I will continue to order from this company but when a customer orders a Christmas CD that was released on November 1st,2009 and ordered only a few days later(5 at the most) and they are out of stock, I find that hard to believe. REO Speedwagon is not the mega-selling platinum artist they once were so I doubt if their Seasonal product is going to sell out in just a few days.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Even with media mail free shipping, it takes a long time for items to be delivered from date of shipping. Other online dealers with the same free shipping policy don't take as long for their products to be delivered. I don't know why this is so, it just is.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

A couple items I wanted were temporarily out of stock so I selected others instead. One DVD will not play in DVD players (although it will play in a PC); but a copy of the movie that came as part of a boxed set did not play in DVD players either, so it is definitely a manufacturer issue, not the fault of deepdiscount.com.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
