Excellent quick service and great sales prices. First time I have shopped there on line. Got my order in 2 days. Saved a ton of money. Their jams were excellent as were the bath and body products I ordered. Just put in another order. Good customer service also.

I would recommend this merchant to anyone that would listen to me. Almost everything about the website,the order I placed,the customer service,the actual shipping of the order etc.,was excellent. My only disappoint was that the two items I had originally gone on the website for were out of stock. I expressed my disappointment to customer service via an email. Less than 2 hours after I sent the email, I received a response with the dates in which the items were to be available again. The quick response to my inquiry was very nice. Even better was the fact that both items were going to be available in less than 10 days. I fully plan on visiting and ordering from this merchant again. I have always enjoyed my visits to their actual stores. Either way, I'll be back for more.

Excellent. I have been buying direct from them for several years. They give excellent service, and I LOVED the free gift they sent! They put in some samples, and this was a great idea. I tried the samples and liked them, and so I may order more of the new fragrance next time I order.

I have been a Crabtree and Evelyn shopper for a long time - I love their products. This is the first time I've placed an order over the Internet. I have always enjoyed shopping in the stores, the service is great, the atmospshere inviting and it's such a treat for my senses. I also try to support the stores as much as possible because the competition with the stores in their segment I know is tough but there seemed to be special deals available only on line that I wanted to take advantage of.

Experience was very good, although they sent a tracking number, there was no way to track for priority mail. I assume they could track with the tracking number. I do enjoy being able to track a package on line. Thank you.
