Ink Jet Cartridges offered by Concord supply are described as "constructed to OME specifications". I bought 9 cartridges. The product sent to me was REFILLS. Classic Pitch & Switch. Offer one thing, take the money and deliver something else. Classic moves in the used car and appliance business.
I sent emails asking for a prepaid shipping label to return the items. (a service Concord offers). 8 exchanges of email later they still refused to acknowledge the problem. The service Director was patronizing at first. When that did not work she used sarcasm. When that failed she became obtuse. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and supplied documentation of the offer, product shipped and subsiquent correspondence. The charge was reversed and my payment refunded. This was my only experience with Concord. |

Concord Supplies is tremendous. I've ordered from them numerous times and they consistently provide high quality products and support. Recently, my Xerox printer was having trouble. I called them and they were extremely helpful in fixing the issue and getting my printer up and running again. Many thanks to their great staff and customer service people who have always put forth great effort in ensuring their supplies work perfectly.
I'm constantly recommending ConcordSupplies.com to my friends and family. Definitely one of the best toner suppliers out there. |

I have recieved NO replacement of defective product. I have attempted to call them, email them to get this resolved. BUYER BEWARE!!! They take your money but can't back up their product. They told me it was because of an outside vendor and could not do anything about it! BUT THEY CAN CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT! I am extremely unhappy with them and would not recommend they at all. If you sell a product you should over some guarantee on it and not blame it on an outside vendor and give no refund or replacement. I just wanted a replacement! The customer service says they will call you back and never do. They ignore all my email requests now. I thinks its sad that an American business "treats" customers this way. BUYER BEWARE! I have tried so many times to resolved this that I am about to walk away for the 80.00 I paid for the defective product. Its sad because that is food on the family table that this company are taking away. I would just say PLEASE beware. Hope that you don't receive a defective product if you order from this company.

I had a great experience with Concord and will be back very shortly. Concord Supplies' toner selection is really big and I was able to find exactly what I needed very quickly. The site is really well designed and the ink/toner fast finder was quite helpful. They're top notch and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for very good prices and exceptional service.

Be Aware of "USED" Item

I ordered a NEW Brother compatible drum DR-250 with two NEW TN-250 combo. I thought they were new because no where in their website said otherwise. The order I received was correct and on time. However, when I took out the DR-250 from the wrap, I saw at the bottom side of the drum was very dirty and with a lot of black toner. How can a new drum has toner around it?? I think I might get an used drum which they just repackaged them... I then go ahead install the TN-250 and DR-250 into my printer. When I print anything from it, the result will always have a gray line located at an inch from the left margin.
I don't want to spend time and money to return the product. But I am sure that this is my only time and last time buying from them. |

I had a very poor experience with Concord Supplies. I placed an order for ink cartridges for my hp laserjet 2600n and paid for it with a credit card. When I called to confirm I had ordered the correct product the phone was answered by a soft-spoken and, what felt like, uninformed representative. One week later I received a phone call from someone telling me my product was on back-order. Without presenting my options to me I started asking questions-When did you first know it was on back-order, etc. The response I got was "I don't know. I was just given a stack of orders and told to call them and tell them their products were on back-order." I then asked if I could get a refund. The voice told me she would give "my paper back to the person that had given it to" her and ask that one be processed.

I had an amazingly good experience ordering from Concord. First, the printer toner I ordered was the lowest-priced anywhere on the web. Second, the company called me early the next day to confirm my order (in addition to e-mailing a confirmation). And most impressive of all, the company's customer service was even better than I deserved. I thought that the toner cartridge I received was the wrong model (turns out that I didn't know I had to separate the drum from the cartridge--so it was my mistake). Despite the fact that I was in the wrong, the company responded to my complaint immediately, offering to send me a replacement. I'm extremely impressed with the company and will order supplies from them every time in the future.

Be careful when shopping at Concord! I ordered a laser toner cartridge that is advertised as a "Premium Brother Drum - DR250". Prior to placing my order, customer service advised that the Premium product line "is built to better standards than a name brand Brother drum." The "Premium" line of cartridges is advertised on Concord's web site as: "We have even developed our own brand of top quality compatible cartridges to save you more money." Nothing on Concord's web site or customer service discussions led me to believe that this is a refurbished product. Unfortunately, the product that received is just that, even the box is labeled "refurbished".
In my opinion, the Concord web site is deceptive because it leads buyers to believe that the Premium line of products are generic, and specifically fails to advertise that the products may be refurbished. I have no knowledge of other Concord Premium products, but I do know that if you buy a Premium Brother DR250 cartridge from Concord Supplies, you are buying a refurbished Brother cartridge. Or at least in my case, that's what I received. This company should correctly market refurbished products so that buyers can make an informed decision. |

They offered shipping rebate but that did not get the cartridges here at delivery date expected so overall disappointment. Price fine, service OK but unlikely to repeat business here.

Web site stated all items were in stock. Item(s) were not in stock and had to be shipped from elsewhere, delaying the shipment. A tracking number was given via e-mail, however when I attempted to track the shipment, the tracking number was reported as invalid. I called the merchant and was told I should receive the order on the 25th or 26th of October under a new tracking number. He said he would e-mail a new tracking number; I have not received the new number yet.
