Christmas Lights, Etc.

I ordered on a Sunday evening, and made a mistake in my order.  At noon the next day, I realized it, and tried to rectify it.  I was told that it was impossible as the "order already had a tracking number".  It was not listed out of the facility until 7 hours later.  If they cared, they could have fixed it, and turned my $500 order into a $700 order.

I ordered some outdoor lights. Based on the company's website they were supposed to be "LED Pure White". Although they looked white sitting in the box, when I installed them on my house and turned them on they were more blue. They did not match other   Read full review...

The customer service at Christmas Lights Etc. was the first thing I noticed. You can call during business hours and instantly be connected to one of the salesmen who is more than willing to help walk you through the steps of finding exactly what you need on their extremely detailed website.

The selection is overwhelming. They have things for homes, like what I ordered, and they have things for commercial use, trees so large I couldn't imagine what to do with them. They also have LED options in all light styles so that energy saving is easy. Anything you can possibly think of for Christmas, they have it. They're not just a lights company; they have great, high-quality artificial trees, called TruTip, that are so real looking I had a hard time telling the difference.

My order arrived as detailed on the website, and it arrived when my customer service rep said it would. They have a very efficient system of shipping, so there's nothing to worry about regardless of how big your package will be when it arrives.

I am very satisfied with Christmas Lights Etc. and I will be doing business with them again.

I had received no response from my prior supplier for over 2 weeks. I Googled for these replacement bulbs, found what I was looking for from you, ordered them, and have them in time for my Halloween luminary display. Thanks so much and I'll order again!

Our only problem was with all the connections that came with the lights we thought we would be able to shorten them and after getting them we found we had to use them all - we couldn't adapt them for our area. Other than that we have had many comments and compliments.

Easy to navigate website. Detailed descriptions of items so you knew exaclty what you were viewing and/or purchasing. Great selection of Christmas lights not found locally in stores or on other websites. Am anxious to use the Christmas lights and wish I could put them up now. Would not hesitate to purchase from this company again!

The product was much more expensive than at my original store purchased but as there was no more, I had to use this web site. We have not yet put the product together so I am not sure if it works at this time. I hope it does as I do not want to deal with returns.
