I just want to say that the product that I ordered (FrameMaker 11) was easy to find on your web site. The ordering process was painless and the order was shipped and received by me in timely way. It is loaded on my two computers, a desktop and a Microsoft Surface PRO. I've used FrameMaker for about 20 years; I have many files including a book that I wrote using FrameMaker so I needed the latest version to properly operate on Windows 7 and 8.

I knew the software I wished to buy. I was able to search it on the site and find it easily. The order process was easy to complete. Once ordered, I received a confirmation via email as well as updates on the status of my order. I was given appropriate options as to the shipping menthod I might require. The software arrived promptly and was well-packaged. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this order and will evaluate Checkout Software in future purchasing decisions.

I ordered software.  I changed my mind and needed to cancel. No problem will respond by the end of the day.  End of the day is right,  6pm I get an email says they are charging me $50 for cancellation.  Also I still don't see the credit into my chase acct.

Checkoutsoftware.com sucks!

I made an order with overnight delivery. There were delivery problems with this order, which was FedEx's fault, not theirs. But after that, they totally bungled this transaction.

After they got the package back, I had to repeatedly bug them over 5 days to get a response. When the finally replied, they promised to get it out overnight that day. But they did not.

After bugging them repeatedly over the following two weeks, again with no response, they finally responded. I explained that I had to have it for a client install by a certain date. So, they again promised to send it out overnight that very day.

It finally shipped 5 days later -- and not by overnight service. So I was not able to do the client install -- and lost the client because of it.

If you care about when you get your order, avoid Checkoutsoftware.com or you will will regret it!

Having used numerous internet providers for software and hardware I found Checkout software to be surprisingly efficient, timely and cost-effective.

No only did you have the lowest rates for the Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I was able to get it very quickly without exhorbitant shipping fees.

Customer service was very helpful when I called them to ask them questions.  The online ordering process was very quick and effective.  Delivery was right on time, may have been here faster but with our mail room they may have held it up a day, which would have made it here before the promised date!

Ordering from Checkout Software.com was a pleasure. I had questions before purchase that were answered quickly and with clarity by thier customer service representative. My order was a straight forward on line purchase with a credit card. The software (Symantec Backup Exec 2010) arrived quickly as per the shipping agreement (even though I am in Canada). The software arrived exactly as advertised. I would whole heartedly recommend this vendor. As a side note, they had the best price for my software that I could find anywhere on the internet. Samantha helped me understand the products available and helped decide which product would work best.  She assisted in getting tech support to answer technical questions she was not sure of to help me decide if this would work with our network.

I purchased FrameMaker. The price was excellent. The product shipped quickly and arrived with no problems. I wanted to purchase 2 copies but since this was my first time shopping with Checkout Software.com I only ordered 1 copy. Shopping experience was pleasant and easy.  Web site had thorough decscriptions of products and I quickly found the item I needed to purchase.  Registration was easy and chckout was quick and easy.   Prices were competive and reasonable.

Check out was very easy.  I mistakenly put my mailing address instead of my billing address and they called me up and the mistake was corrected immediately and they were very cordial on the phone regarding this. The material was very easy to install.  I was able to track the shipment and it arrived at my office prior to the date that they had originally stated.  Federal express delivered it to the door on the date that I tracked so I was able to coordinate this with my IT which was very helpful.  I would order from this company again.

This was my first order with Checkout Software.com so I am always weary of ordering from unknown places.  I am happy to report that everything went great!  Their low price on the software I needed was the reason to place the order originially.  Once I did, the email process was wonderful. I got emails for order confirmation, payment processing and shipping notices.  The order was shipped out on time and received a few days later. I was able to track the order as it shipped to me.  It was received in perfect condition. It included packing list and invoice copy which I appreciated.  Many online vendors do not do this or they are hard to read. My concerns were eliminated by this experience.  So I will definitely consider Checkout Software.com for any future software needs!
