I purchased a Brizo faucet from BuyPlumbing.net.  Over a month later I received the incorrect item.  (wrong color) Despite admitting their mistake, they refused to refund my purchase price.   I spoke to the customer service agents repeatedly and found them to be courteous but staunch in their refusal to refund my purchase price!  This is the downside of online merchants. With no storefront, or face to face interaction with their clientele, unscrupulous online merchants like BuyPlumbing.net are allowed to treat their clients according to their corporate ethos.  Bottom line - they run this company like a bunch of dirtbags.

The website does not always find the products I'm looking for even though this merchant carries the items. The search string has to be very specific in order to find them. Outside engines sometimes find products that don't appear to be available from this merchant.

Worst customer service ever!  Do not buy from this company!
I asked to speak to the supervisor because the person on the phone
was being extremely rude.  She replies..."I am the supervisor".  I asked
her why she was being so rude and hateful.  She cancelled my ordered
and hung up on me.  I was only calling to check the status of my order
that was placed on 3-27-12 and had still not received it.  I made several
attempts to get a hold of someone else within the company and it was
always the same rude individual so that went no where!  Never have I
been treated so bad by someone I was giving money to.  No thanks!

Charged me for 2-day air shipping, but shipped it ground.
Repeatedly gave me a UPS tracking number that showed they were lying, and tried to tell me UPS's tracking information was incorrect.
Don't waste your time with these folks. Buy from a reputable online reseller or just ask Home Depot to price match.

This company's returns policies are unreasonable. It's obviously a cost center which they lean heavily on to improve their bottom line. I'm not going to shop here again; I'd recommend you avoid them too.

I saw some negative reviews for BuyPlumbing.net, but they had the lowest prices on a toto faucet, and an american standard vessel sink, by a big enough difference that I thought I'd take a chance.  I ended up making two separate orders.

Their web site was a bit glitchy, and I had to call in one of the two orders.   A week later, the web site was working fine and I placed the second order.

Both items were shipped within a few days, and the items arrived well packed and in perfect new condition. 

Overall, I'm very satisfied with these purchases, and I saved a couple hundred bucks as compared to the next lowest prices I found.

I ordered 2 toilets and associated accesories, the website clearly states that these items are in stock.  3 weeks later, still no tracking information.  I called them and spoke to someone who told me that my items aren't in stock, and that they get so many orders, the website doesn't have time to update.  I checked while on the phone with them, my items are still in stock on their website.  3 weeks is an awfully long time for a computer to update if they use any sort of barcoding system in their "warehouse."  I asked for a manager, who is in a "meeting."  I don't expect a call back from them at all.  May seem cheap at first, but take all this headache into account when contemplating an order with buyplumbing.net.  I assume nothing they have listed is stocked, they are a drop-shipping middleman.  Ignore the good reviews, they are most likely posted by the company themselves.

Received an ELONGATED seat. Wanted a ROUND seat. Refused return as product is a toilet seat. The Seat container was opened and upon observation, it was the wrong size. Company refused return of product. Product was never removed from shipping box, other than to observe it! This product was NOT placed on a commode. It is perfectly clean.

We purchased a toilet from this company and they shipped us the wrong toilet bowl, but they would not exchange it because it was over 30 days when our contractor went to put it in.  I called customer service and they were rude.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!  IT IS NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!

I did an online search for a 4500gph waterfall pump, and Buy Plumbing had the best price, also of a Little Giant brand which I've had great experiences before, and I received my order on time. Everything was great.

The Laing Recirculating pump I received is defective. I called Laing and left a message. They returned my call that day. I was instructed to contact BuyPlumbing.net to return the pump and have them ship me a replacement. They were very congenial, supposedly shipped a replacement pump yesterday, and arranged for UPS to pick up the bad pump today. The replacement pump should arrive tomorrow. Hopefully BuyPlumbing.net follows through on their promises.

We bought a Panasonic bathroom fan in January 2010 for bathroom renovations. The cost was about $164 with shipping.  We ordered early to have the fan ready for installation in March. When it was installed, it was not as quiet as advertised and there was a big scratch on the plastic light cover. I called BuyPlumbing.net to ask for an exchange and they refused saying the 30 days had passed for returns. Two issues: 1) Buy Plumbing asks customers to check the product for damage when it arrives. We did and didn't see the scratch until the fan was installed and the fan light turned on.  2) I understand the 30-day  return policy but I also argued that we didn't find out how noisy the fan is until we installed it.

In essence, we are being penalized for planning ahead and ordering early. I will not order from Buy Plumbing again.

I purchased a toilet from BuyPlumbing.net. The product was as listed. Because of it's size/weight it was shipped as freight and it was delivered by a Semi tractor/trailer down my country road. It was in pristine condition. The price+shipping fee was less than I would have paid if I'd driven 60 miles to Home Depot (plus tax) I've no complaints.

The product when installed did not perform properly. BuyPlumbing said I could send it back for a replacement, but the installation I had paid for would would be wasted and all the remaining labor needed (as well as the return shipping charge) would be up to me. So I called InSinkerator and got the names of two local contractors who could do the replacement at no expense to me. The second of these was extremely professional and helpful: He confirmed that the original unit was defective but noticed that it also didn't fit the space well, then called the manufacturer and negotiated a reduced upcharge to substitute a better model that fit well and functions perfectly. Bottom line: I'm now quite happy that I bought from BuyPlumbing -- but only because their price for the first (defective) unit was significantly lower than others were offering, and in the end I got a substantial upgrade in the quality of my instant hot device, with three times the warranty, and still paid less than some online merchants wanted for the lesser unit.
