Apparently they had an error in their offer. I received a thank you for my order and the next email I received said in part: "We are very sorry to let you know that our Rakuten.com Shopping marketplace merchant, AmericaRx has cancelled an item your Rakuten.com Shopping order #70207636. Your payment method was not charged and any credit card authorizations will automatically drop off in a few business days. Details of the order cancellation are provided in the order information below. If Rakuten.com Super Points were used to complete your order, these points will be reversed back to your shopper account within the next few business days. Your satisfaction in our Marketplace is extremely important. Help us make our Marketplace a better place to shop by leaving a feedback rating for AmericaRx." I guess that if they make a mistake, rather than honor the sale, they just cancel. I knew it was a super offer and that is why I purchased the items.

camera arrived without a sd card; can't take pics without a card! the connector that connects the battery charger has a non-american plug (europaen or japanese?)- can't plug into the wall; sent email to cust svc, haven't heard back from them yet

QUICKLY LOCATED THE ITEM, IT WAS PRICED 75% LESS THAN SIMILAR ONES. I PLACED MY ORDER AND RECIEVED IT BEFORE I HAD TIME TO CHECK IT BY TRACKING AND SHIPPING WAS LESS THAN HALF OF OTHER WEDSITES $3 VS $10.50.

I almost gave up purchasing at Rakuten.com when I tried to use Paypal to pay since my first two orders were cancelled. I contacted Rakuten.com via the web form. There was no phone number to call, which is very odd - I almost did not want to order from Rakuten.com because of this also. Someone did call me back but hung up on me without closing out the conversion. I ordered the 3rd time using my credit card and it finally worked. The order did arrive reasonable fast and in good working condition.
