NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!  I ordered a patio set over a month and a half ago and I still do not have it!!  The last I heard it was being made overseas and still not even shipped to the US.  If I had known this I never would have ordered!!!  No one is returning my calls or emails.  They have already charged my card and I can't get a hold of anyone.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM GO ELSEWHERE OR YOU WILL BE IN A NIGHTMARE SITUATION TOO!!

Other then the order being one day late due to the shipping co. I am very pleased with DuildDirect, from the time I contacted them they were very help full. Once I placed my order it arrived at my door in 4 days. It would have been 3 days but the delivery co ABF said that they were running late on the orders for the delivery date. I give BuildDirect 5 out of 5 Stars. Nice to know there is one company that stands out above all others. Will be doing business with them in the future. Thank You: DVM

At first I was very pleased. I placed my order on-line on a Thursday night and it shipped out the next day. Then I forgot that I didn't order the reducer. Keep in mind that my original order was over $1000. You can't order accessories on-line. You must purchase flooring to order. The next day I call and have to leave a message to place the order. No return phone call. Then I e-mail the company. I don't get a response until late that evening. My order for the reducer was just over $60. They decide they are going to charge me a $15 pick fee for this order. No pick fee was charged for my samples order or for the large order I placed with my flooring and underlay. I don't think that is right after someone spends over $1000. I fully expected the shipping charges but not a pick fee.

Everything from the time of purchase until I received the order was a dream, it went more smoothly then I could have asked for. Customer service went over and beyond their jobs to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend BuildDirect to anyone interested in purchasing home building products.
