I received the incorrect size. I ordered 135, received 130. Called Customer Service, and Diana said there would be no restocking fee,&for me to just return the frames for an exchange. I exchanged them for a totally different frame since the first frame felt so heavy anyway. I haven't yet received the exchanged item. Customer Service was very pleasant to deal with. I never received any mail-in forms for rebates or to complete any purchases and no phone calls were required. Otherwise, the website was relatively easy to use. My recommendation would be to add more pictures and make the products easier to make bigger and in more visible to see up close when deciding on a purchase for online orders.

BestBuyEyeglasses.com are wonderful. No hassles, no problems. We had originally purchased the glasses through another site. We were notified by them that the frames were discontinued from the manufacturer. My son was upset because he loved the glasses and had lost his original pair. Received the wrong frames (wrong shape, wrong material, wrong size, wrong color). Had to call customer service 3 times (and wait over 24 hours) before receiving Return Postage label via email. The wrong frames are in the return mail; I still do not have the frames I ordered. In all fairness, I have used BBE once before, and had no problems.

I would consider purchasing from this website ONLY IF they had the best price. Eyeglasses frames were delivered TWO WEEKS (14 days) after I placed the order, which is very slow. Package sent to my BILLING ADDRESS which is different from the SHIPPING ADDRESS which was clearly shown on the order sheet that was included. They should stated that they do not provided a case for frames, since providing a case is standard practice (in my experience with 4 other websites over the past several years).

Had issues getting the frame and lens colors sought. Merchant was out of most Wayfarer frame and lens options in polarized and I settled for a third choice. Web site doesn't tell what out of stock with accuracy. Prices were quite good and in all fairness most other sites didn't even list the frame and lens that I wanted. happy with what I got.

I'm still waiting for an order placed on 12/17/11.  Customer service replies after 2-3 days.  The sad part is that if I go online and placed the same exact order again, the item's availability is IN STOCK.  And actually, the've been backordered ever since the order was placed.

My experience was generally very good. However, the lenses I initially ordered did not fit the frame I choose. I received an e-mail asking me to contact "Customer Service" to select a different lens. I did that, the Customer Service Agent was very helpful, and I selected the polycarbonate lenses rather than the HD 1.67. This reduced the costs of the glasses from $501.97 to 474.98 (-$26.98). This was to have been credited on my VISA card, but I had to call several days later to ensure that the credit will be applied. This was the only negative about this purchase and would "not" stop me from using their services again.

I agonized for days as to which online merchant I should use to order the sunglasses I wanted. The sunglasses were less expensive online than in local stores, and I was having a hard time finding the ones I wanted with the right lenses locally. I checked every online merchant I could find for availability and price before finally choosing bestbuyeyeglasses based on other reviews even though they were a little more expensive. So glad I did. My sunglasses came faster than predicted and they are exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this site to everyone.

Good shopping experience. Shipping containter could be a bit smaller and the glasses case could be a bit better. The glasses are almost larger than the case which is very thin. A heavier case with a pocket clip would be a nice option, even if there is an additional charge.

Still have not received order and the site listed merchandise for sale that was no longer available causing a delay. Would most likely not shop here again as this is an inane amount of time to wait for a pair of sunglasses. I ordered from somewhere else 5 days after this order and with regular shipping have been enjoying that product for a week. Very poor shipping time. If I had it to do again i would cancel the entire order. Have a great day.

When inquiring about the delivery date of my order, customer service kept telling me the order will be shipped next week from May 27 till July 1,2011. Even with the item on backorder, I should have been updated with more accurate delivery date. Thank you!

Ordering online had processing problems for three tries. Called customer service and received no apologies, and rep. could not process order either. He said he would call me back later that day after he got the issue resolved, but he didn't. Tried again a couple days later online and got the order through. Received no email confirmation, and after about 7 days called to see if my order was shipped/received. Rep. said it had not been shipped , was still waiting for supplier, but I would receive an email informing me of ship date. I never got that email, either. That very weekend it was shipped by USPS,and just left on the concrete. Customer service was poor, unhelpful, and non-professional. Do not intend to purchase from bestbuyeyeglasses again, just to save a few bucks.
