They have the worst customer service. It took them weeks to answer my email, and I had to send the same email at least 5 times to get a response. Moreover, you'll be surprised of the extra fees you have to pay when you receive your item

I ordered an item on 6/26. It said it would be shipped within 4-6 weeks. After 7 weeks, I inquired and was told it was being shipped the next day, 8-16. Another week later, it had not arrived. Upon checking again, I was told it would arrive on 8-28. It did arrive but it took 9 weeks and I was not impressed with the quality of the item. Customer Service could have been more helpful. I was given excuse after excuse and there was no offer of any compensation or apology until the last call, when I finally got angry. I told them to cancel the order and was then told it was too late since it would be there by that Friday, which it was. I will not shop here again. I suggest you look for whatever you want at another site.

One of the worst companies to deal with. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.
I purchased two of the most expensive vanity sinks when it was on sale. When started my bathroom projects about 4 months later, I realized the clips for the sink installation was missing in one of the sinks. I called and asked for clips that are really worthless compare to the price that I paid for two sinks and they gave me a cold shouder. I talked to one of their managers per se... she was nothing better. |

So far, not impressed. Ordered a light fixture and it said in stock with 1 to 2 days to ship. Day 4 and no update, so I called customer service and after 5 minutes on hold I was told they had been out of stock, and that the item just arrived, so it will go out tomorrow. I am not holding my breath on that one. Web site clearly does not reflect accuracy or reality because it said 10 items in stock with 1 to 2 days shipping. I would have preferred being given the correct information

I purchased a lamp through Bellacor for $168.00 and ASSUMED that because the information indicated "FREE SHIPPING" that I could return the lamp if it didn't work. WRONG!!! You have to pay for the return shipping and they instructed me to ship UPS. Returning the lamp to Bellacor cost $52.00. The lamp was delivered to the company seven days ago and the refund has not been credited back to my account yet. I am not sure how long this will take but I can't buy another lamp until I get this money back. Be sure to read all the return information before purchasing a lamp from this company!!!!

Although the site seemed easy with a good selection and pricing, I just got screwed trying to return something that I never even took out of the box. One sconce arrived and it was not appropriate for the space that I had ordered 3 for. I used it somewhere else as I had opened and thrown away the box but when the other 2 sconces arrived several weeks later, they were put aside. After construction and moving were finished, I just called to return the unopened items and they WON'T take them back, at all because it's now >30 days from shipping.

I ordered a total of 7 items. The mirror came damaged and customer service was wonderful about sending out a new one. The problem I have is the SLOW service! I have been waiting a month now for 3 more items on the order! Everything came one piece at a time and you never knew when something would show up. I realize they are coming from different locations rather than one warehouse, but this is getting ridiculous. Don't know that I'll order again.

Ordered a Nova Swooshball Lamp from Monica on 12/1. She is excellent and was also able to do a price match for me. Lamp was received very quickly (1 week later) and is gorgeous. Highly recommend the lamp and Bellacor!

I purchased a Z-Lite (model #147BRZ-GL12) from Bellacor. I submitted this same review on their website, but they did not post my review. The light fixture is pictured as Bronze in color as well as the manufacturers description. It is not...it's black with a few bronze highlights. Z-Lite is made in China and the quality is very cheap. The links are not removalbe...except by bending..even though it was done carefully the paint scratched and the links needed repainting. Once the fixture was up...it did look quite nice...but this light would be a value at $75...NOT the $268 dollars it was selling for on Bellacor and most other sites. I didn't have a problem with the buying experience from Bellacor, but I wanted customers to know the quality is very cheap for this Z-Lite product. I was also unhappy that Bellacor asked for me to review their product and did not post my review because of my comments regarding the cheap quality of the light.

I ordered two lamps and paid with PayPal. They emailed a confirimation of the order but no further communciations concerning shipping or tracking. After more than two weeks I phoned to check on status of the order. I was told the product had not even been manufactured yet and it would be at least 90 days more before it could be shipped. However, they had already collected the payment on the day I ordered. They seemed to think they had no responsbility for the distributor's performance, or for following up wtih me about problems with the order, even though they'd taken my money! I told them to cancel my order and send me confirmation of refund. This was not done immediately. I placed a dispute with PayPal. I will never order from this online merchant again! I think their service was extraordinarily irresponsible and shoddy.

I ordered a bar stool the same item as my existing bar stools and the color was completely different. They refused to take it back because it was not in the same batch. This is ridiculous and I will never do business with Bellacor.com again. So much for standing behind your product. Buyer Be Aware!!!!

Customer service has been horrific. They sent out an item a week after the order had been canceled. They wanted me to go to UPS to return it even though it was their mistake. They finally scheduled a UPS pickup, but Fedex showed up first and took the box. When I called them to let them know, they were totally confused what they had done. It's been more than a week and about 2 hours of my time on the phone because of their mistake, and I still do not have a credit on my card. I will NEVER use this online store again. :(

The first time I ordered a swag light fixture. When I rec'd it I realized it was going to be too small, so I returned the uninstalled light fixture in it's original packing and sent it back via UPS. I purchased a wedding gift and this site was listed, with the Sea fern Platter specifically on their wishlist. There was NO PLACE to write or include a card of any kind or that WE were purchasing and sending the wedding gift. It's a gift for heaven sakes. HOW ELSE would the recipient know who the gift is FROM if you can't include a card? Also, apparently, it was either damaged or poor quality because the couple is returning it. I'm sorry I ordered from Bellacor. Besides which, there was no way to track the item. I had to contact Bellacor's customer service and INQUIRE whether or not the item had shipped yet, almost THREE weeks after ordering it. Bellacor needs much improvement!!

Ordered a light for my vanity, their website stated they had 10 in stock, received an e-mail stating the item would be shipped within 2 days. 8 days later I had still not received the item or tracking. I called to check the status and was told the item was on back order with a wait of a month and 1/2. They said they didn't know that till recently, and that they were going to inform me (when?). When I asked why their site said they had 10 in stock they said it must not have been updated. They told me my card had already been refunded. I checked my statement and it had not been. I sent them an e-mail asking for the refund, and did not even get a response. I just called again and they are still saying I was refunded. When I told the csr that this is ridiculous, she got an attitude with me. I'm doing a charge back with my credit card company. I also found the same light on 6 other sites, talked to 2 of them, and they said they have no wait to get them from the manufacturer.
