Said I qualified for fast and free shipping- i was supposed to have received my package in 2 days. Took more than a week to arrive. I love the deals but i don't know if the horrible shipping and horrible customer service is worth it!

I want to say how very impressed I am with my beauty.com order. I placed it yesterday afternoon, and got it today! It was Free Shipping, and I got $10 off $100. Plus I got a free gift (britesmile sample). I usually don't do testimonials, but I have to say this was an awesome experience. It's nice to see a company doing a good job.

In case anyone is curious, I got the new Beauty Water Purification System, that filters out the chemicals in the shower. Can't wait to try it.
