"They had a great sale price on snowshoes but when I went back to order them a few days later the sale had expired. Their web price still showed 25% off on the photo of the snowshoes but the original full price, not the sale price. I called their Eugene store as online support wasn't open on weekends and a very helpful clerk assured me that they would honor the ad as long as I made the comment in the online order form. Two days later my order arrived and it was at the discount price. Awesome company!"

I ordered Crocs shoes from Backcountrygear.com. A few days after the order went through, I got an email saying there was a delay. I asked for a refund and was given the refund without a problem. My wife then check again a week later and found they had the Crocs in stock and ordered it. I received the Crocs in 10 days to a military FPO, AP address(which is really fast!). I was very happy with the service and the shipping and the product.
