I ordered a Bob Stroller from Albee Baby and never received it.  I called the company to infrom them and was told that they will investigate Sand investigation will take 8 days.  After two weeks of not hearing from them, I called them back.   Read full review...

The only thing I was disappoint with was that I didn't receive any expected shipping date when I ordered the car seat. So, I don't know whether it shipped in a timely manner or not.

With my initial purchase there was some confusion on my part about a special offer. When I called a second time to request a solution to the problem Albee went above and beyond in taking care of the problem. I am very happy and will be ordering more from Albee in the future. When I told my pregnant daughter about the service I received she stated she is more likely to order from Albee also. Thank you. I will also tell my FB friends.

Do NOT order from Albeebaby.com. I placed an order with the albee baby website and 5 days after I palced my order (and the order had not yet shipped) was contacted and told that one of the products I ordered was out of stock. I replied and let them know that I would still like all of the other orducts in my order to be shipped and they at that point informed me that 3 of the other products that I had ordered were also out of stock. Why are these products still listed on your website as "in stock" if you do not have them available?!? The products are all still listed as available on their site 5 days after I'm told they no longer have them. I am very disappointed with my entire experience with this company and will NOT be shopping at albee baby ever again. Don't waste your time... shop somewhere else.

AlbeeBaby online store is "Top Notch".  I ordered two Peg Perego Viaggio HBB 120 booster seats in Crystal red last week and received both of them today.  The boxes were in excellent condition and the booster seats were perfect.  I had contacted AlbeeBaby earlier this week via e-mail to confirm my order and one of their staff members actually called my cell phone to advise me of the ship date and estimated delivery date.  This is the very first time that any online vendor has ever done this.  Kudos to them for their outstanding customer service.  I intend to spread the word about this wonderful company.  Their prices are very reasonable and their selection is huge!!  Also you can't beat their free shipping policy.  What more can I say but thank you thank you thank you for the wonderful buying experience. Very satisfied. Ordered few days before Christmas and did not really expect to get in time. But they wasted no time processing my order and getting it on its way here. It took less time for it to come from Maryland to Lexington than from Lexington to Louisville to me. Thanks for making my grandson's Christmas perfect.
