I called twice asking for a tracking # for the parcel. They never had one and said I'd receive an e/m when it was shipped. Never got an e/m. Never got a tracking #. The package showed up. However, it was placed behind some bushes and LUCKILY I happened to notice it. If I'd had a tracking # or e/m I would have been on the look out for it. I feel they could have provided the e/m with tracking # as advertised.

I bought 2 heaters... One was delivered in great condition, but the other one came in with the feet broken. I contacted customer service & told them that I received the product broken, and their solution was for me to return the unit to them and get a replacement. This would have been fine, except for the fact that they wanted me to pay return shipping on a product that was most likely broken when it left their warehouse (the feet were packed in foam, so I doubt they were broken during shipping). After another email informing them that this was completely unacceptable, they did agree to my request to send me new feet for the unit. The company is god, but not great; and based on this experience, I won't shop there again.

My 2nd 14" fan was defective from the factory but the company shipped me a replacement and had me return it, shipping free, after I received the new one. Mike at Air & Water Customer Service was quite helpful in the short process. I am delighted with the service and quality of these Air King fans. I do wish it would indicate somewhere on the fans that they are made in the USA, as noted in the advertisement. Gerald E.

These people are horrible.There sales people at least the one I talked to has very little knowledge of the products.If you need to send it back they threaten a 15% restocking fee and do not want to reimburse the orginal shipping.Then to get it returned because it was damaged they contacted the MFG direct and instead of emailing me a prepaid shipping label they snail mailed it.I finally got the thing on its way for return on 08/14/2012 Via Fed Ex and I ordered it 08/01 2012 Way to long for a return.Would not recommend buying from them.I know I never will again.

The first unit I received did not work. Gave Air and Water a call. They sent me a retun authorization and sent out a new unit before I even sent the bad one back. I received the replacement quickly and it appears to work fine. Excellant customer service, thank you, Michael Cagle

Purchased a scratch-n-dent wine cooler. The right rear corner was crushed, but the unit was functional. (The corner was pushed up about 1.5' to 2".) The damage was more than I expected for a scratch-n-dent.

They were very helpful when I placed my order, but I never received information when the product would arrive. I made two phone calls to find out about delivery info and was told I would receive a return call - that did not happen. The product came damaged and I tried to get assistance. I was again promised a return call and it didn't happen. Not happy - the product is great and my installer was able to fix the damage - but wish I could talk to Air & Water.
