I chose this store because I had a gift card and they offer on-line discounts. But, they don't accept gift cards on their website. I considered shopping elsewhere because of this.

I had purchased parts during a previous order and received a 30 dollar discount on my next order over 75 dollars.In this purchase I ordered 76 plus dollars worth of parts and went to check-out and it said shipping was free. When I applied my 30 dollar promo code it gave me the discount, but charged me shipping. I think this practice is decieving. I was also charged tax on my purchase. This generally doesn't happen on out of state internet orders. I am not happy with these two promo/billing practices. I am hoping that this is something that your company is considering changing.

I was greatly pleased with the assistance and quality merchandise I purchased online and picked up at their local stores. The coupons on-line saved me a lot of money, and the service was excellent. It was all so easy, and now my 1998 Jeep Cherokee is running just like new again. Thanks to everyone who was able to assist me with this. The only difficulty involved was my labor getting 15 year old parts to separate for replacement.

Searched site for "front brake rotors" and "front brake pads". In both cases parts were for rear. Involved several trips to different stores to get right parts and refunds for wrong parts. Finally had to go to Oreilly ap for correct pads. Employees at store were great, just the website is terrible and inaccurate.
