TJ Maxx

Everything was as pictured and stated on web site. I liked that I got what I expected. Even colors were as shown. Only problem I had was I ordered the wrong size. Was able to exchange them at the local store and that was also a positive thing.

The merchandise is fantastic, though the shipping can wallop you! I saved on the items, but may have lost the savings to the shipping costs...

Order took two days to process and an extra day before a tracking number was provided plus shipping took 5 days eventhough it was DHL. Will never buy from them again. Most online stores would take less than 5 days to process and get item shipped to my doorstep.

The delivery process is too long. I ordered 5 pieces of jewelry however the pieces was nice, but it took 2 weeks to
receive them and each item came separately, although I ordered them all at the same time. I order on line on a regular basis and T.J. Maxx is the slowest. The only plus is you can take your unwanted merchandise with your receipt to any store for a refund

My shopping experience at T.J. Maxx varies with each store and salepersons.Some are helpful and others are unbelievable .Speed depends on the clientale in the store and location.Metairie store the wait isn 't too bad but,the Lapalco store well that is another story.At the Lapalco store I waited 35 mins for the saleperson to locate the key to the jewelery department.No one seemed a little bit in trying to accomadate a customer.I did purchase the items only because I needed a gift that night. I don"t know my experiences varies.One more comment your Lafayette store needs a lesson in cultural diversity
