One cartridge had leaked so I emailed them asking if they wanted me to return it for another one. I have never received a response.

The toner cartridge (HP CB540A Black) I received this time was not as good. It printed lighter than it should. Past toner cartridges purchased from House Of Ink printed darker. I ordered 2 cartridges at the same time. I don't yet know if the second cartridge will also be light.

I ordered a high-capacity toner cartridge. What I got was a standard capacity cartridge in a box that used to say "High Capacity" - the words were taped over. The web site and my order confirmation email both said the product was "High Yield (5,000 pages)" when in fact it was standard (1,500 pages). I compared prices for high-capacity; if I had known I was buying standard, it would have impacted my decision on where to purchase. This "bait and switch" experience means I will not use this vendor again.

The color toner is NOT producing good color printouts on my laser printer.

I did not realized I had purchased third party toner. I will look more closely at the website before I order in the future. My experience with ink jets is they are not worth the money saved. Perhaps toner will make it worth the risk.

ink is good quality, right colors were shipped, shipping took about a week, was notified immediately when shipped and what the tracking number was. good product, good service. beats any price id find at compusa or other retail stores by a mile-even with shipping. ill use them again for sure.
