The merchandise was on back order which involved delay. It arrived almost 30 days after the on-line order was created. The vendor provided one notice, about 5 days into the process, regarding the delay. No message was relayed when the product was entered into the delivery process. The product was what was ordered and works fine. The vendor's communication could be improved upon.

Still waiting on my order, 2232-5340-6455. Purchase was made June 12, 2012, no where was it stated that any part of this rubber broom was on backorder. I contacted them (email) on June 18, 2012 to check status of order, recieved email back, June 19,2012, stating that the handle is on backorder with expected delivery of June 26, 2012. That is today, so we will see if the broom and handle will be shipped soon. Right now I am NOT a satisfied customer and would NOT shop this site again or recommend it to others.

I tried to purchase two rubber brooms for my hair salon. I also ordered a pet hair mitt. I received the mitt which does not work very well and paid more for the shipping than the mitt. I called about the brooms and they said they may be coming in two weeks????????????????????? I would not have bought the mitt if they would of let me know that the brooms were not available. I feel as if I was tricked. They know if they are out of stock and if they are honest they would let one know as soon as it is "picked" on the web site. I will never buy or recommend this stupid rip off store.

I had a minor issue with the specifications of a cleaning cloth (smaller than stated on website). This was an apparent problem with the supplier not with simplygoodstuff. They immediately rectified the problem and provided free replacements (in addition to the original shipped item). The quality of the products is very good. Shop with confidence that you will get a quality product and even better service.
