I did give you an excellent rating because when I placed my order your site said you had 86 on hand but 4 days later when I called I was told you were out and had to get more, when I went to your site to check my order it said not completed why not telle us then what the problem was instead I had to make several phone calles to find out at this time I'm not sure if I would use your store again it's to hard to get information about your order.

I'm glad I was purchasing for myself. Had I been sending as a gift, I may have been slightly embarrassed that the corking was not quite adequate and there was some minor leakage. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE MERCHANT. They distribute, they don't do the original packaging but they should know about this in case there is something additional they could do to prevent it. Otherwise, I received the order on time and in good condition (except for a couple sticky bottles).

The only area where I would have liked better communication was letting me know that not enough product was in stock at the time of purchase and as soon as product came in it would be shipped. I had to call to find out where the order was, the customer service was very pleasant and informative.
