I called to get dimensional information on a product. Craig had to the call the factory to get the information for me. He called me back when he got the information. His service was excellent. Fair selection, prices are excelent. Desk was exactly as advertised and arrived with no damage. It was shipped directly from Bush through a freight carrier. Delivery was delayed due to problems with the freight carrier and we ended up meeting the truck at one of it's stops to pick up our order because it was Friday and we didn't want to wait until the following week to get it. This wasn't Shopmainstreets fault, it was the carrier's fault they couldn't deliver at the scheduled time. When I received my package to put the package up there was no hardware in the box to do so. Also the other package was sent back because of damage to the box. I will never order another product from this company ever. I was amazed at how personal the service was. I sent an e-mail with a question and within 5 minutes had a phone call from Craig. He was extremely helpful and did a great job answering all of my questions. And considering that I changed my mind 3 times about what exactly I wanted to order, he handled it all like a pro (which he obviously is!) I would most definitely do business with this company again. The item was back ordered so I had to call to make sure the item would be available before a 3 yr old birthday. We watched the tracking to see of any progress and it was never updated. The item was sitting on our door step before we were aware it was shipped. A good problem to have, but it wasn't good to have a large, expensive item sitting outside for quite awhile.
