I ordered several different colors of Pilot G 2 pen refills. This part of the order was fubar. I ordered 2 red, 2 purple, 12 blue, and got no blue, 12 red, 2 purple. There was one slip of paper that said part of the order was being shipped from LA, but I have no clue if it has arrived or not.

BAD BAD BAD, they show up prices on the search engines and also on their website, but they cancel the order and NEVER UPDATE their website.  When I contact them, THEY STILL DONT UPDATE their SITE

Shoplet.com has good prices on many supplies, but do NOT try to take advantage of the coupons they send you through email. I have several experiences of looking for the price of items I wanted, then going back to use a 5% discount coupon they sent. Now the price is higher. For example, a case of paper that a moment ago was $51.49 is now $55.61 - so I would actually pay more if I tried to take advantage of their coupon.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I placed an order which was shipped (and charged) right away. When I received the order, items were not as advertised. (Items were MUCH smaller than the dimensions on the website). I emailed right away to get a return ticket. After SEVEN DAYS, I got online with the online help and they told me that they were very busy and to wait at least 48 hours. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A RETURN TICKET! I can't get my money back because I still have the items which I don't want. Luckily it was a small order but I would NEVER EVER EVER!!!!! order from SHOPLET.COM again. Terrible customer service, false advertising, etc etc etc. I hope they go out of business soon so other people don't have to be subjected to their awful business.

The products I ordered did not come in as expected and I received someone else's merchandise. I called the customer service line and it took me 10 minutes to explain to the woman on the phone what happened and what products I had recieved. She acted like it was a problem that I didn't have the merchandise numbers on hand. This is her job!! I hope that this matter will be resolved shortly and that a UPS pickup notice will be issued for the products that I received. I still have not received my products.

The Graduated sorter (ROLE03946) that I order was missing one of the rubber feet. When I received the order, two of the legs were protruding through the side of the cardboard box. A bit of bubble wrap around the legs would have prevented that. How can I see about getting a replacement rubber piece for the bottom of the leg.(ROLE03946)

My order was confirmed on line. A day later, I received an email informing me that the item was discontinued. I also ordered three appointment books. I have no idea if that part of the order will be fulfilled. There has been no mention of it since the order confirmation.

The only problem that occurred was that for around 5 days, I could not get back online to the site. Got message that server was unable to connect, and was unsure if the site had gone out of business. But luckily when I finally decided to purchase, the site came up again when I googled the labels I needed! Service and shipment extremely prompt. Thank you.
