Delivery was much faster than expected: 1 day to CT, using regular ground shipping. Item was in perfect condition, as described; price was the lowest online by far. Customer service responded very promptly to an email I sent before placing the order.

I ordered 4 color laser toner cartridges on a Tuesday afternoon, all shipped on Wednesday; because of shipping from different warehouses they arrived on three different days: the next Thursday, Friday and Monday. For ground shipping, I thought it was fast. There is tracking of the order on their website. Their policy of having all deliveries signed for is the only inconvenience with ordering from them. I was prepared for it because I had read the earlier reviews. I am completely satisfied.

Didn't receive order for 1 week. Emailed to ask why. "Jaz" told me system didn't recognize part of my address. He claimed to have left Voicemail, but never received. Securemart did not offer to correct problem, did not apologize, did not do anything except say that my order was cancelled and I had to reenter it. Went to another merchant (Buy.com)and saved $45 off $240 item using online rebates, praise God! Unprofessional, not courteous, not diligent.

I ordered a ARIA computer case from these people. It arrived in about 7days. The website states that they have a 25 day return policy on new products. I called them and wanted to return the case because I didn't feel it would allow the air flow I wanted in a case. I had the case for about 2 weeks and they would not take it back because there was nothing wrong with the item!?! I could have lied and said that the box was not opened but I didn't So much for rewarding those that do not chose to lie. Beware! They do not have a 25 day return policy unless something is wrong!

Great price. TERRIBLE service. You're gambling if you buy from them--if the product works you'll save a few bucks. If the product doesn't they WILL NOT help you. I was told that is was not their product and that they were not liable for it.

Don't waste your time looking at this store if you're US Military serving your country overseas. They don't want to know you and won't ship merchandise to you.
It amazes me how many stores are prepared to reject customers out of hand because they're at APO addresses. We tell other consumers when we're upset with a company and sooner or later, we'll be back in the US - and we'll probably remember those stores which gave us a hard time. It must be nice to have so many customers you can just turn people away. |

The item I chose was sent to me with a two-week delay. I am very angry and disappointed. I called securemart.com several times and they had always an excuse for the delay. They were promising me a fast shipment but they regularly failed to maintain their promise. |

Called 3 three separate times(days)to verify credit card payment had gone through after ordering. Was told Items shipped so payment went OK. Item's were received. 2 Months later they called telling me that payment had NOT gone through and the Customer Service Manager treated me like a deadbeat in following e-mails while I was checking my bills to find out what happened.
No More for me thanks. |

Securemart has sold us several printer and copiers in the past. We had some problems on this deal but it was an inventory problem over at Canon USA. Customer care though was polight and always anwed phone withing 45 seconds, or serveral rings.

well the ad advertised a xsasy radon 9600xt with 256mb ram graphics card for my PC , I recieved a radon 9600 NON xt !board with 256mb ram
was very dissapointed but the card is still a ok price (not a great deal like I thought, better then comp usa or best buy though )and works much better then my FX 5200 card .
I would send it back, but the last time I did that it became a legal issue (with another PC company) and took 6 months to resolve.
let the buyer beware on this one .

I ordered a Viewsonic monitor - Placed order on line Dec 31st and received the monitor on Tuesday Jan 4th a day earlier than scheduled. The price was the best I found. I chose Securemart because they were in CA and I wanted quick delivery. Called customer service to verify stock status and was treated professionally, friendly and quickly. Was very satisfied with all aspects of purchase and will shop there again. Will do review on monitor once have it up and running.

I ordered a ATI Radeon X600Pro PCIE16 256MB DDR Video card on 01/01/2005. It was listed as IN STOCK. The Order Status was Received 01/01/2005 15:12 and being processed. Seven days later I checked the order status, there was NO change in the information. The site lists 24/48 hour Response time. Another two days pass and I check again. Still NO change in status so I call them at MY expense, they have NO toll free number. They inform me now that the product is out of stock. I'll give them a few more days to make good on their promise to deliver or I'll cancel the order. It depends on them.
I am very unhappy with the run around I have been getting. I do thousands of dollars worth of online computer shopping for computer components and this is the 1st time I have had such a terrible experience. If they don't come through on their promises soon I'll go back to my tried and true suppliers. Jweit |

I purchased this printer online the 14th of December. The tracking status never changed from 'processing'. On the 23rd I received an email telling me that my order has been canceled due to lack of inventory. There was no back ordering or anything, I was basically hung out to dry without a gift to give (was a Christmas present). I have not heard back from them since.

I sent 2 email requests to customer service with a copy of my email purchase receipt to confirm whether or not they had received the order or had sent the printer, without success (No response of any kind). Do not deal with this company.

AN EMAIL, SENT A FEW MINUTES AFTER THE INTERNET ORDER WAS PLACED, SEEKING TO CANCEL THE DUPLICATE ORDER NUMBER WAS IGNORED. TWO MORE EMAILS WERE IGNORED. WHEN THE 2 HARD DRIVES ARRIVED, I ACCEPTED ONE AND REFUSED THE OTHER ONE. SENT ANOTHER EMAIL - IGNORED. FINALLY HAD TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD ISSUER TAKE BACK THE CHARGE FOR ONE OF THE DRIVES. NEVER DID GET AN ANSWER TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. BAD NEWS - AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered an item on the 3rd of December. When I ordered it I checked to make sure it was in stock. It was. I assumed that I would have it in time for Christmas. The blurb on the site said it would ship in 3 to 5 days with some time for processing.

Bought digital camera good price fair shipping cost
Securemart sent camera and notified me. Camera did not show up the day UPS said it would. Called UPS said they delivered to my house and left at front door I was home , no camera. 3 days later a neighbor 1 1/2 miles up the road brought me my camera They were on vacation just got home. I'll stick with Fedex from now on. Securemart does say on their website that signature is required for all orders, why was my 400.00 camera left on somebodies front porch for 3 days |

Ordered a two xmas presents on 11/17/04 and told that I would receive shipping confirmation in 24-48 hours. Waited until 11/28/04 to send an email for status. Finally on 12/2/04 I called and talked to a customer service rep to check status and was told that my order had been cancelled due to being out of stock and that they had been "too busy" to let me know.

The Shipping company was terrible. Didn't know how to get into gated community, tough instructu=ions are clear at the gate.
Shipping label was damaged and replaced in Chicago, Lot number was ommitted.
Took 2 weeks to deliver product. and I made three phone calls tp shippers.
