I ordered a 14kt. solid gold Italian horn charm. Sarraf was the only place I could find that sold an x-large size and at an awesome price. Ordered at midnight on a Wednesday and received it the following Wednesday. Was so excited when I received it. It is a beautiful piece and the exact size I was looking for. I am 100% satisfied with the quality.  However I did email them on Monday to check the status of my order since their website said I had no current order with them. ( that made me a little nervous since a payment had already gone out to them ) They never replied to my email. ( which made me even more nervous ) I think they need to improve their customer service and to notify customers when an order has been shipped. Besides that I am very pleased with the quality and price of the product I purchased . I would recommend them at this point.

This was my first purchase online so I was really nervous about going through with it, but I decided to take a chance and so glad I did. Sarraf jewelry was a pleasure to do business with and will be purchasing more jewelry very soon. When I recieved the chain I purchased I took it to my local pawn shop to test and weight it. All tests and weight came back perfect and it looks fantastic. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants the best deal and best quality merchandise online.Its much easier and less expensive to shop online than when you go to local jewelry store they have to order the product anyway so why not just cut them out of the picture and save lots of money.Also the local jewelry stores never have anything good to say about shopping online and why would they since they order online for their customers and dont tell them so they can profit off of your purchase . 
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SO THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT SARRAF ARE FALSE BECAUSE THEY CAN DEFINITELY BE TRUSTED FOR SELLING QUALITY JEWELRY WITH THE BEST PRICES ONLINE!!!!!

Bought a 3.5mm diamond cut rope chain 24 inches long weight 26 grams, the chain is excellent its made in italy this rope chain are better made they dont snag the chain is solder around each link so you dont have to worry about snagging are coming apart its a great chain. Will buy from this company again.

Return is a nightmare.  Stupid me did not insure it.  Fortunately it was only a $32 sterling silver chain. They say now they have no record of it. How convenient. No customer service per se.  No RA number or nothing.  Just goes into a black hole.  Never again.

Horrible nightmare! They have a terrible customer service and terrible products. What you buy is not what you get. The ring i bought was terrible it was a nightmare returning it.

I ordered a 14kt solid gold curb link chain bracelet 23.40 grams, 10mm, flat, 8" online.  The Bracelet was $875.00.  The chain is not hollow or overlaid.  It arrived exactly on the due date in a stylish red box.  I signed for it from UPS.  I am very happy with this bracelet.  It is exactly as described and very handsome and shiny.  It’s marked 14kt on both ends.  I am very satisfied with this company and will most likely do business with them again.  In addition, I was able to track it easily via the UPS Website from the e-mail sarraf.com sent me.  I felt at ease from the beginning of the transaction all the way to its arrival.  I took the time to read several different review sites of sarraf.com before I ordered from them and noticed there were several people that complained about this company, however, I took a chance and on doing business with them and am very glad I did.  Thanks a bunch Sarraf!  Sarraf is a legitimate business and not a fraud.

Hi there. My address was incorrect, even after an email to Sarraf customer service. I received contact by the shipping company to clarify, which is good, because otherwise it would have gone to the wrong address. Other than that, goods were lovely and exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.

They emailed me to confirm the order, to be sent to Australia. It arrived with in 7 days. I'm happy with the service.

The order arrived on time that is a plus

The item was of the wrong size and not the design as advertised that is a minus

The return has taken three weeks by now and is not completed by now yet that is a big minus as you do not have money either to spend for something else or still have to payback if purchased with a credit card

Customer service is abusive that is a frustrating minus.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with.  I placed an order for 2 rings and received an e-mail conformation for my order on that day.  The next day my credit card was charged for the full amount.  I never received any other information.  After 4 days, I called and was told that one of my rings was on back order.  Why wasn’t I contacted?  After that I sent e-mails for 2 days and finally after the 2nd day someone called me.  I requested the ring that was available to be shipped.  After almost a week I finally received that ring.  It was the cheapest piece of jewelry I have ever seen.  I returned it the next day.   Several more days went by and still no information for the other ring, so I called and cancelled.  Now it has been several more days and I still have not heard anything, nor have a received a credit on my card.  Why was my credit card charged the full amount if one of my items was back ordered?  This Company has horrible service all the way around.  I would not buy anything from this Company!!!

Good Customer service. Very secure over your credit card purchase. Field to hold complete address was a bit short so as a result address was not complete. Sarraf's phone call cleared that up and they recognized a bit of my address was missing.

I am delighted with the products. My only comment is that the pin which goes through a pierced ear is like a 'blade' and my ears were badly affected by this. I have been used to round rods which do not affect the holes in my ears. I will need to take them to my jeweller to have the 'blade' shaved down a little so that I can wear these beautiful earrings. The chain is perfect and exactly what I wanted.
