I won a laptop on sams club auction and they told me they needed additional information so I called the number and a day later received another email so I called for a SECOND time. She said I had given her all the info she needed at the end of the conversation and to have a nice day. However, a few days later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled since I hadn't given them this information. Shows how hard these customer service reps work. Oh, and they already conveniently took my $300 out of my bank too.

I Bought a 47" Phillips TV there and 8 months later it just died. I have been jumping through hoops for 4 days trying to get someone to fix the TV and I bought the 3 year extended warranty ! Do yourself a favor by your TV from Best Buy.I called Jeff Goode at the Bloomington store where the tv was purchased and he said there was nothing he could do to help.THANKS JEFF !! Phillips made me call a company in Boston to get them to work on my TV in Bloomington,Indiana. They set up an appointment for Tuesday (5 days from now) but then called me back a few mins. later to say they would have to order parts and they would have to cancel the appointment until the parts come in. I will never buy a TV from Sam's again....Dave

The product itself is pretty solid. Not too hard to put together and genuinely sturdy and attractive. I'd recommend that if you are going to get this product then go straight through the manufacturer. While you may have to pay a bit more, it will be well

I agree Sams Club .Com Sucks!!! I placed an order way before Christmas. Sams Club delivered my item to someone in another state. I called them and they asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I told them NO!! It was avery important Christmas gift. The NEXT day I received a phone call stating that my order was canceled. I called again and they suggested that I reorder the item. I checked and the item was in stock. I reorderd and selected FedEx overnight shipping to make sure I received the item. The NEXT day I receive an e-mail that that order was canceled. I am mad enough to spit nails. I will do whatever I can to keep other customers from being disappointed by this company. This is the WORST experience that I have ever had with any online companies. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

DO NOT BELIEVE THE SHIPPING TIMES! When checking out, the webpage showed a 24-48 hour delivery time. HOWEVER, my package did not even ship until 3 business days later. Moreover, even though I paid for expedited shipping, it was sent 3 day delivery. When I called to complain, I was told that the website "does not account for processing time", that the delivery time was (emphasis theirs) an "estimate" and that the actual shipping time is measured from when the package leaves the FedEx facility, not when it is actually picked up by the courier service (e.g., if you DELIBERATELY do not put a package into the box until after the pick up time, and then claim that "well it was shipped on the right day"). The prices are great and if you have the time to wait, you will eventually get your items, but if you are actually on a deadline (as most are during the holidays) DO NOT USE SAMS CLUB (and God help you if you have to call customer service).

Chose express shipping (1-2 days) for my order, with the address specificed as a commercial address. Sam's Club waited 4 days to ship it out of the warehouse, and then sent it FedEx Home Delivery with 5 day transit time. Not only that, they didn't put important information on the mailing address, such as "company name", despite the fact that I typed it into the order form in two different places.

Question: ever wonder why you cannot buy an extended warranty from Sam's Club on items bought on Auction site, ever wonder why all sales on Laptop's mostly include HP brand at all stores for holidays... try to research items for sale before buying, if it is a newer brand you may not get any or very few reviews so I wish you the best of luck on your purchase's |

I wouldn't recommend to buy anything online from samsclub.com. I bought a Vizio tv on November 8, 2010 and still on November 21, 2010, I have not received it yet. Samsclub told me that it was not their fault, but the carriers. I am here to tell you that Samsclub is just responsible as the carrier. I will never buy anything else from Samsclub.com.

Yesterday I won a camcorder on Sam's Club Auctions. I had been following it on line for two days and finally got what I thought was a good price for it too. Today I get an email from them saying purchase cancelled due to item not being available. As of this moment there are still fifteen of the same exact items up for bid. What is that about?
I have called and written to them but can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone I speak or write to. I am furious and my kids are very disappointed after telling them I won. Now I will probably have to go out and buy a camcorder and spend more money than I had planned. Maybe they realized I got it at too low a price and they don't want to let it go for that. The woman I spoke to sounded as if she were in shock when I told her the story. Wouldn't you think they would be obligated to produce the camcorder or give me one of equal or greater value? In spite of contacting them by phone and email I have heard nothing back. Nothing. |

That fact that the world's largest retailer can only manage a pithy 2.5 star ratings from its own consumers reads loud and clear.
Sams' is simply Lousy on service and delivery. Even after paying for express 1-2 day delivery that never happens; normal course is that it takes Sam's several days to "process" the order, then only after it is "processed" does the "delivery process kick in. So 1-2 day delivery actually means 5 to 10 day delivery. If then...I just cancelled another order because after a week of waiting Sam's was still "processing" the on line order with no end in sight. If you want competent prompt service stay away from Sam's Club and WalMart at all costs; go to Target. When Sam Walton died, so did Walmart competency. |

I ordered photos online and had them sent to my local Sams Club. The online order put my price per pciture at $0.13, and it was actually $0.17 when I got to the store. For 300 picutres, I was overcharged at the store (they did eventually give me the adjustment when i brought in the online receipt).
I also sent Sams Club online a complaint about an in store incident (ordering bakery items and they were not ready on time, and the employee was down right rude) - I have yet to get a response back from their customer service team. I would recommend going to Costco instead. |

We have a very bad experience with Sam's Club. We bought some "Smoky Mountain Maple" laminate flooring and needed a few more boxes when we added an extension. We went to our local Sam's and they gave us 2 other Sam's Club in Georgia that has some. We called before we left our home which is more than 100 miles away but when we reached the first store, they only had 1 box as they labelled the rest incorrectly, so full of hope as we have a back up, we drove another 20 mikes and when we arrived, we were told that they don't have any. Their record on the computer states that there are 8 boxes but the staff told us that they use them for store decoration set up. We wasted a whole day!!!!

I bought my wife a laptop in July 2007 for $1200 with a $198 warranty for 3 years. In July 2008 she had problems with a usb port so I took it back. They told me I had to call toll free number a get it repaired. I did so and 2 weeks later the shop just call and says sorry it not damaged from any fault of my wife but they won't fix it and send it back. I contacted Sam's and they refused to do anything about it and won't return my calls. The laptop is in pristine condition.
This store does not honor it's extended warranty on electronics so don't bother to buy any big tickets items. I've been a member for 10 years and bought many items. Now I find out they are scamming me on the contract items. I will not buy another item and will make sure my company buys nothing else as well. I'm taking it to court as I have a firm contract and clearly have not broken it. |

I had an aweful expereince with click n pull in Williamstown, NJ. I was unable to obtain a particular items from the Princeton, NJ area store. When I found the item after a ridiculous search (non existant feature on the site) in Williamstown, NJ, I did a click n pull Sunday morning for Williamstown, NJ, an hour away from my home. I called the next day...it wasnt ready. I called back on Tuesday ...not ready and now as I am typing this ...they cant find the order. I have spent over 50 minutes on hold total. Store employees wont give you to a manager. This is the absolute last time I will ever use click n pull or shop at Williamstown, NJ Sams CLub. Sams Club really needs to get their act together in this Williamstown Store...aweful experience.

RE: Sam's Club Auctions. I have noticed multiple items being bid up by the same buyer. I did a quick check on Ebay, and found several "stores" that had all the same merchandise as the Sams Auctions...even the same pictures and product descriptions. Most items were listed at "Buy it now" prices that matched or were higher than the original Sams in-store price.
Also - if you bid on Sams Auctions, you are a member of Sams Club, which means you can actually go to a brick and mortar store. Why people bid up items to more than the actual store price is beyond me. |

Cant get Logged on with Firefox 3.6 or IE 6.0 Everytime I try to Log on it tells me I must RESET my Password. Then when I get email that says to reset my password it takes me back to the Original Log in screen which says " Your password is LOCKED please try again in 15 minutes.
The 15 Minute Lockout never expires & I am in Sam's Club lockout <<HELL>>... This is terrible because I am a returning 15 Year Customer with Sams Club & Sams Club.COM online. I have never had so many problems as I have had in 2011. WTF is going on over there? |

My experience while shopping at samsclub.com has been horrible. The "click and pull" option is not available for any clubs in my area. The data that shows whether a particular item is available at your club has been inaccurate all three times I used the feature. The "in process" time it takes sams club to actually ship an item is way too long.
