Today I received a call from the CFO of SafeMart to apologize for a misunderstanding that I had with one of the customer service agents.
I thought that the days when top manegment cared about thier customers were long gone, I was wrong .
He called to apologize, and that all he asked for, it was not a sales call.
They run a great company and I am glad to be one of there customers,keep up the good work.

We just added our second Simon XT alarm system with Safemart.  First at our vacation home for the last 14 months, and now our home. First install was professional, second was DIY. A few technical questions on the DIY that were answered quickly by Safemart tech staff and they walked me through my questions until I understood fully. They are quick to respond to alarms, albeit false so far thankfully. We've had a great experience with Safemart response and customer service thus far, which is why I chose to add our second system onto Safemart for active monitoring without question. Their monthly service fee can't be beat! I recommend them highly.

Some products weren't very well organized and took some searching. Product details do not list what systems they are compatible with but the site is meant for people with some knowledge of the systems. They seem to discourage DIYers but with some tiny improvements to the site it would be a perfect place for even a novice to shop. Costumer service was helpful but pushy on the sales side. He did review my order to make sure products worked together and made some helpful suggestions. The ordering process was straight forward and I received the products on time. FedEx order tracking was helpful and completely accurate. The packaging could have been better but everything seems to be in good condition so I can't complain. I'll definately shop here again and recommend it to anyone with even a little mechanical ability.

I don't "do it myself" often, but a friend said that I HAD to try SafeMart and that it was like installing a computer, "take it out of the box, plug it in and you're good to go".  I was a little more careful than that, and had SafeMart test my system and review some of the basic funtionality, but it only took me about 30 minutes and would have been less if I wasn't such a worrier. The ordering and installing was really easy and it saved me a bunch of money.

We wanted to update our GE Simon 3 system (monitored by ADT) which was installed by a professional company several years ago. After researching, SafeMart offered everything we wanted:1) Self-installation: The ability to setup our system the way we want and make changes.2) System reliability: GE Simon XT receives very good reviews for ease of installation and use. Wanted a system with cellular connection (no land line needed).3) Web and smartphone integration: The ability to view our alarm information wherever we may be. Awesome!4) SafeMart's reputation: Products arrived promptly and accurately. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Installation manuals and videos from SafeMart are easy to understand.5) Price: Cheaper than ADT. Monitoring station is reputable. UL certified and 3 different monitoring locations.

So far, so good with SafeMart.  The switch over process for monitoring service was very easy to do.  The technian was prompt, and walked me through the settings with ease.  There is great follow up each step of the way.  For the low price you pay for monitoring, versus the other guys like ADT, these guys ROCK!

shopping at Safemart is a mixed bag of good and bad, with more good than bad things. People at Safemart all seemed to be honest but they did not provide a lot of information needed,especially for those who are new at this. You need to do your homework,study your alarm system a bit before making decision to switch to safemart. Pros: Safemart would help you a lot to get your system up and running, and monitoring rates are a lot lower than companies like ADT. Cons: Safemart doesn't install your system. You have to do it or if you have your system installed by ADT before, then you are good to go. In summary, I am glad that I switched from ADT to SAfemart because ADT is very arrogant and more expensive.
