Their web site was fairly easy to work with. Some slight improvement might be helpful, but overall was good. Somehow the first time thru, I ordered the same product twice, and it was difficult to change the quantity back to just "one". Product was in stock, price was excellent, and my order arrived when they said it would. Quite happy with this company.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Awesome as always. This time I had to return my shoes (wrong size-too small) and the free socks that came with them (also wrong size, but too big!). I sent them back via UPS ground on Monday afternoon around 5:00 and received the new shoes and socks on FRIDAY of the same week. I spoke to a costumer service representative who suggested I order a specific size of this shoe based on the size I wear on other shoes. However, they are way too small and seeing as I live in Canada, returning them would cost me more than it has already cost me to get the shoes here thanks to shipping and brokerage fee. So I probably won't be using this site for purchasing gear again unless it's something that I have worn before and know exactly what I will be getting.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
