The best prices for Lavazza Coffee and Intelligentsia on the web. Recently me and my wife purchased our second machine from alattehotte using the trade-in program. I've been very happy with their service and have made use of their maintenance program. We have had nothing but a good experience and would purchase the third time. They are always happy to help us when we need it. Try the Black Cat Coffee, it's delicious!

We purchased three automatic coffee makers from LatteHotte and the service they have provided over the years has been nothing short of exceptional -- they're always there when we have a question and with the one problem product we had, they honored the repair under their warranty program. Every year we send our machines in for maintenance and it comes back like new. Couldn't ask for much more!

Online shopping was ok. However, I recall that there was an online glitch. Thus, I wound up having to call the company to complete my order.
BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a refurbished Saeco Odea Giro package from aLatteHotte for close to $500. The package included a 2 yr comprehensive extended warranty (from aLatteHotte not the manufacturer) on the refurbished product. After receiving the product, it broke every 5 months. The first 2 repairs were completed by the manufacturer. The 3rd repair required sending the product to aLatteHotte. They did not honor the service warranty and claimed that a component internal to the machine was damaged in shipment (hard to believe). Moreover, their trade-in value was only $120 after only 18 months. I truly regret doing business with aLatteHotte and say to others BUYER BEWARE!!!!! |

I shipped my machine to these guy for a $300 repair. During a conversation on the repair, the service gentleman - called me a liar when I told him how much I paid for my machine and said I was "full of s**t"
When I called back to speak to management - the manager seemed not to care. These guys run a shady operation I would not trust them to do a repair or buy a new machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear if you do you will be disapponted. There are a lot of companies to buy your machine or get your machine repaired from - these guys dont deserve your bussiness. |

Purchased a Primea Touch Espresso maker from them and have loved it ever since. We had nothing but a good experience with aLatteHotte, very knowledgeable and excellent tech support when it comes down to it. We bought the primea on a monday and received it on a wednesday and happy with it so far. I would buy from them again.

Do not buy from here!!!!! They sell refreshed products when a new one has been purchased. I also agree with the other complaints about their horrible customer service. They are unprofessional and demeaning...they do not care about their customers.

Very fast shipping and they did not charge me sales tax even though I am in the same state, the Golden State. I like the performance of the new machine, the Talea Ring by Saeco. aLatteHotte helped me pick out the right machine, though there is an abundance of options available. My machine also came with a metric ton of extras, including the delish Black Cat Espresso beans.

Purchased a brand new Saeco Primea from them. This is the best coffee machine a person could buy. It has a color touch-screen which makes adjustments very easily. Very delicious espresso and cappuccino consistently every morning.
We did have to return the first one because UPS damaged the machine in transportation. We called aLatteHotte, they sent out another unit promptly and recalled the first unit. Very quick turn-around. After owning the product for a year, we sent the machine in for their complimentary maintenance program and it was returned to us immaculate and like the day it first arrived!It's a good service |

Purchased two machines from aLatteHotte. The Saeco model Odea Giro has been a very good machine for us. It is very quiet and reliable. We bought a second Odea Giro for the office and it has transformed our morning meetings!
The folks at aLatteHotte were kind and helpful ~ we traded in a Saeco Vienna for the first Odea and got a good trade-in value and a percentage off on the new unit, it worked out well for us. If you need to speak to the lattehotte people, call ask for Rob |

For many years I had a Saeco Magic machine that I thoroughly enjoyed. It began leaking so I found aLatteHotte on the internet, connected with them, then spent $80 shipping my machine to them for repair. Their estimate of repair came to $285 plus

Incredible costumer service! These guys know everything about Saeco. They sell new machines and are Saeco's number one go to service company for out of warranty machines also. Highly recommended. I got my serviced machine back within a week. Saeco turned me on to these guys when I called them.
