Customer service is excellent. I had forgotten to include my street address on the order form. Within an hour a customer service agent from Replacement Power emailed me to correct my error. A good product, fair pricing and what may be rare these days...superior customer service.

Found the item I needed on their web site very easily. Description was easy and clear to understand and advised that the laptop power supply would be compatible for the laptop I own. Other web sites and products were not as clear.

I was all set for some type of delay or some excuse as to why my order was delayed...but...then my replacement power adapter arrived in the mail. Truthfully I didn't know what to think. My order arrived too fast, so fast that I almost forgot I ordered anything from Replacement Power. Thank you is not enough but that's all I can come up with at the moment----Thank You.

I have already contacted this merchant to tell them THANK YOU for having a part for a 2 year old laptop. The maker's store kinda chided me for having such an 'old' system and even they didn't have a battery for my system in stock. I truly appreciate companies out there who can serve the regular population who can't afford (and/or don't want to) upgrade every six months!!

When I purchased the battery from Replacement Power I believed the description indicated it was a genuine Lenovo replacement battery. However, when I obtained the battery it did NOT say Lenovo on it, and it looked slightly different (e.g., the end of the battery has a "matte" rather than a "glossy" finish). It would have been helpful if the product description clearly indicated it was not a genuine Lenovo product. If I knew that at the time of purchase I would have purchased the same off-brand product at another merchant who had the same product at a lower price.

I work on notebook computers. This is the best store I've found for low cost but high quality batteries. I just received the AC Adapter I've ordered from them and it too is high quality. This is a good source for notebook batteries, etc.

Just a question, I'm not sure whether my newly purchased battery is functioning well. After first and fully charging, the battery did only last for an hour after continuous usage for the said period. Is it normal???

I ordered an 8800 mah battery, The invoice reflected that, but the battery I received was an 8400 mah battery. Due to helping someone move across country I have not had time to call about this, but I do not expect to do business with this company again.
