I purchased a 1:16 scale Heng Long Panzer III with metal tracks and gears from them. They sent it out pretty quick but it won't turn or spin. So, I contacted customer service ... no reply. I will not buy from them again and caution anyone else who thinks about dealing with them.

I purchased an 1/16 RC tank with several upgrades. The price was extremely competitive and I received the tank quickly and in excellent shape. The only downside is that the remaining tanks I am interested in are out of stock.

I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas '09 present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support rep admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it. We then were told to contact Customer Support who said we ordered the item too early (11/16/09) and they will not do anything even though the item was not used until the day after Christmas. This is not a cheap toy, $160.00 total, so I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech.

my initial choice was sold out, A Raidentech representative contacted me by phone and told me they had a similar helicopter in stock with the same features,and that it would be shipped that night if I wanted.. The product box was undamaged, but the shipping box didn't have any packing peanuts inside for protection so the product box moved freely in the shipping box.. Other than the packing issue,Raidentech.com did great.

One of the four items I bought came completely destroyed in the package. Then they told me I had to pay shipping to return it! It cost $25 and I've been told I need to pay to send it back, plus loose 15% for a stocking fee. I'm contacting my credit card company to begin a dispute as soon as I finish typing this review!
Save your money and look elsewhere! My fifth item shipped separately and has not even shown up yet. |

Have not gotten anything back from them yet.The box looked used when I opened it and the little CD also was smudged used looking. I hope they will send me the RA and work this out for me. Amie

One of the speakers in the headphones was loose and was rattling. I had to take it apart and fix it. It's not raidentech's fault it was the usual Chinese crap. All they care about is money! I don't think the Chinese are capable of creating anything of quality!

Ordered a new RC heli from this company late Monday evening and I have it in my hands Wednesday morning! I did try to place a call and do an in-warehouse pickup. The number was busy as others have mentioned and they responded to my email that they do not allow pickup. But no biggie, I used "CJFREESHIPPING" to get free shipping, which was a better deal than "CJ10" for 10% off my $70 heli.
So while I can believe this company might not have the best service/returns department, if you know what you want and order it correctly they do a great job of shipping it at a great price! The heli was brand new in box, with good packaging. Would buy from again. |

I was disgusted at the quality of products sent. I ordered 2 RC boats, one was cracked and the other yellow one did not work at all. I sent them both back for replacements at my expense for shipping. I was sent 2 more boats with exactly the same issue. One was cracked the other (yellow one) did not work same as the first. On the second time around I have been given the run around and cannot get a response form anyone. This is definitley going to my attorney.

The only inconvinience was to sen a copy of id and cerdit card, I wish I could sign in somewhere and become a kind of member where I would have to fullfill a form only at the first shooping and them the raidentech keep my records for further uses.

Tried to buy item using a coupon code for free shipping and received an order confirmation. This was followed up by a phone call from one of Raidentech's sister and/or subsidiary company's stating that they wouldn't ship it free. I replied stating I had an order confirmation and even called a few times. The phone calls were never answered and I then received an e-mail stating the order had been cancelled and the credit card used was credited back. I ended up buying the item from another Etail business

I was missing an order and emailed RaidenTech. I was told that someone would contact me ASAP, but nobody did. Two days later I followed up by using the online chat and got a tracking number for the missing number that day. I was not impressed by the initial lack of communication, but my problem was resolved and I'm happy with the quality of it.

WHEN they have the item I want in stock, they ship fast, with excellent packing. Shipments always arrive in good condition.
My biggest complaint; they have too many "OUT OF STOCK" items, and they stay out of stock for MONTHS at a time.
Please, improve your stock replenishment program. Specific items: servos, LIPo batteries, Metal up grade parts for Helicopters. I would have ratted them "Excellent" if their in stock rate was better.

I have ordered an RC racing boat in early March 2008. They were quick in shipping my item. But the boat they sent me was disgustingly ugly. There were scratches all over. The stickers were peeling off, so I removed all of them. When the stickers were removed, I found a small crack. I had to put a glue. The motors and the motor compartment were oily, as if it had already been used. The battery that came with it is dying. I've run this boat only 3X. The battery would only run for 2 to 3 minutes after charging it completely. They told me to return the boat. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I'm from outside the U.S. This company I should say has a poor quality control and their people are not doing their job right.
